Long-standing partnerships Keppel Offshore & Marine celebrates 10 years of growth and excellence this year. A big part of its success is due to the strong partnerships and friendships built up with customers, associates, suppliers, government officials and community leaders. In this feature, we showcase some of Keppel’s special relationships. In 2000, Keppel had built the ENSCO 101 on speculation and approached Ensco to buy the rig. That was the start of Ensco’s jackup newbuilding programme and included several joint ventures with Keppel. Such close partnerships resulted in both companies finding numerous ways Mr Solomon P.
