A MESSAGE FROM THE CENTRE’S OMBUDSMAN:
As a membership-based organization, your feedback is essential, as it enables
us to improve our services. In order to effect change, in June 2017, we
implemented an innovative feedback process that involved the appointment
of a Cummings Centre Ombudsman. The Ombudsman’s role is to examine
in an objective and transparent manner the complaints and issues presented
by members and identify measures for improvement. (For details from the
Annual Report visit, cummingscentre.org/mission). We encourage all types of
feedback including concerns, comments and even compliments.
Should you wish to provide feedback please look for the feedback forms
and boxes located at reception as well as on the 2nd floor of the Westbury
campus. Your feedback will be directed to the appropriate Manager for timely
