A reminder that the parking lot across the street is privately owned and not to be used for student drop off. Also, students will exit the building at the end of the day through the Le- nore and Ruby street doors, unless they are with a parent. Thank you to everyone who a'ended our Meet the Teacher event on September 4th. Your support and involvement is instrumental in be- ing partners in educa on. Please establish a rou ne with your child that includes checking his/her backpack and agenda every day. We would also like to encourage our students to read at home. Your help in establishing these rou nes at home will assist our students in be- ing successful learners. Teachers have been working with students to develop rou nes at school and are assessing their growth in numera- cy and literacy to prepare for the learning this school year. Should you have any ques ons or concerns, please contact your child’s teacher or the school office. The P.A.C. has had a great start to the year as well! We had our first mee ng on September 24th and encourage all parents to join us at our next mee ng on November 6th. Students have also enjoyed their first Fun Food day, thanks to the generosity of our P.A.C. volunteers. The Farm to School vegetables will be delivered on Wednesday, October 3rd. If your family ordered vegetables, please be sure to ensure your orders are picked up. The vegetables are quite heavy and we strongly recommend an adult pick up the order. A huge thank you to M.
