Stations The stations at this camporee are going to be run a little bit differently. Instead of having the same stations all day long, we are going to have some stations that run all day, some stations that are only available in the morning, and some stations that are only in the afternoon. If you see a station that your troop wants to do, then we would advise that you do it before you can’t. All Day Stations Basketball: You can come on down and shoot some hoops at this station. You will be shooting a basketball from a certain distance into a bucket. For every shot you make, you get a point. The person with the most points will get a prize at the end of camp. This is a competitive station. Nerf Blaster Cans: You will take a Nerf blaster and try to shoot down as many soda cans as possible in 30 seconds. The person that shoots down the most soda cans will get a prize at the end of camp. This is a competitive station. Obstacle course: This station is an obstacle course, with a twist: You will be blind folded! You will go through the obstacle course with a blindfold on and have your friend(s) help you on the way. The person that can get through the obstacle course the fastest will win a prize. This is a competitive station. Ring Toss: Try your luck at Ring Toss! You and your patrol will be throwing a ring onto a bottle. For every ring you land on a bottle, you get a point. Try and rack up as many points as you can. The troop with the most points at the end of the camp will win a prize. Darts: You and your patrol will be throwing darts at balloons. Your goal is to try and pop the balloons that are on the wall. For every balloon you pop, you’ll get a prize. Morning Only Stations Clown Knock down: You will get to knock down some clowns at this station. You will toss baseballs at “clowns” (2-Liter Soda Bottles) in order to knock them down. Lego car race: You will be building a lego car to race down a track. May the fastest car win! Slime: You will use materials given to you to make a small batch of slime. It’ll be a messy and fun time.
Dinosaur Dig: You and your troop will dig in a bucket of sand to find yourself some dinosaur fossils and some other cool items. Bean Bag Toss: You and your troop will throw bean bags into a board and try to get the highest points. Ringmaster says: You will be playing a game of Ringmaster Says, also known as Simon Says. Follow the leader, and the winner will get a prize. Afternoon Only Stations Tin Can Toss: You will need to throw a bean bag at a pyramid of tin cans. If you can knock them all down, you get a prize. Cotton Candy: You will be able to learn how to make this popular carnival food with Scout related skills such as leadership and listening. It will be a tasty and informational experience. Spin the Wheel: Spin the Wheel to win a prize. While this is a simple concept, you might not actually win every time. So come on down to try your luck. Camp Wide Game Tic-Tac-Toe Tournament: You will be able to come down to decide which troop is the TIC-TAC-TOE CHAMPION! Everyone from the camp is invited to this Tic-Tac-Toe Competition. You will show up to the Tic-Tac-Toe Station and get registered into the bracket. The last team standing wins and becomes the TIC-TAC-TOE CHAMPION!!!
