50% deposit required within 3 days to secure booking. Balance to be settled prior to arrival
Arrival after 2pm and departure before 10am
Children under 3 years, no charge; 3 to 12 years, 50%; and over 12 years, standard rate
Payment can be made by bank transfer
Unfortunately we cannot cater for pets
Guests must 21 and over to hire properties
The guest houses are leisure and relaxation
No large or late parties or excessive noise are allowed.
