Airport Transfer Aeroexpress (https://aeroexpress.ru/en/) A train that connects Moscow and its airports. Price: - 500 RUB (~7 EUR) at the ticket vending machines at the terminal - 420 RUB (~6 EUR) online. Duration of the trip (the metro station you get to): - 35 minutes - between Sheremetyevo and Belorusskiy railway station (Belorusskaya metro station, brown and green lines) - 45 minutes - between Domodedovo and Paveletskiy railway station (Paveletskaya metro station, brown and green lines) - 35 minutes - between Vnukovo and Kievskiy railway station (Kievskaya metro station, brown, blue and dark blue lines). Aeroexpress leaves you right next to the metro, so you will have to take the metro (or a taxi) to get to your hotel (check your nearest metro station in advance). Taxi We recommend using apps like Uber, Yandex.Taxi or Gett (which you can download on iTunes or Google store) to get a cheaper taxi to/from the airport. We don't recommend taking local taxis offered at the airport. The average price for a taxi from the airport is about 1000 RUB (~14 EUR). A taxi ride between any of Moscow's airports and the center of the city takes about 45 minutes, provided there's no traffic. During the peak hours (7:00 – 11:00 and 17:00 – 22:00) the airport transfer may take up to 1 hour 45 minutes. You can get a standard taxi directly at the terminal, however, you will probably end up paying more. Mobile services There are 5 major mobile network providers in Russia: MTS, NATIONAL BeeLine, Megafon, Tele2 and Yota. RESEARCH The prices, coverage, and services offered by these operators are UNIVERSITY quite similar. We recommend you buy pre-paid SIM cards at the airport. HIGHER SCHOOL OF ECONOMICS Airports and metro have free Wi-Fi. To connect, you usually need to find the appropriate network, launch your phone browser and follow the instructions for identification with your phone number via SMS.

Ground Public Transport Moscow’s public ground transportation includes buses, trolley buses, and trams. You can purchase tickets from drivers or in booths near the stops. Passes are also available for purchase in metro stations. It is highly recommended not to purchase the passes from the drivers as you will have to pay much more in this case. Public transport operates from 5:30AM until 1:00AM. There are a few night routes. Bus stops are marked by yellow plates marked with 'A' signs, trolley stops – by white plates with 'T', and tram stops – with white plates 'Tp'.
