NDCAM FINDS NEW HOME Since 1969 when NDC Asset Management, LLC, formerly known as NDC Real Estate Management, Inc., began its journey of Providing Quality Real Estate and Property Management Services, they have only called two office locations “home”. For the majority of our 50+ years, NDC Asset Management and their corporate staff mem- bers traveled to the Oakland, PA area with a final destination at Webster Hall. In August 2020, NDC Asset Management will embark on a new chapter by moving their Accounting, Compliance, Human Resources, Property Management and Executive staff to the sixth floor of 1133 Penn Avenue located at the entrance of Pittsburgh’s Strip District. NDCAM will join the likes of tenured neighboring tenants; Next Architecture, Anderson Interiors, Mid-Atlantic Capital Group, and Carlson Lynch Law Firm. Otherwise known as the former Byrnes & Kiefer Building, 1133 Penn Avenue was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. For more than 50 years, NDC Asset Management has witnessed exponential growth within residential communities and the always, ever changing needs of commercial space. With an abundance of new projects, properties, part- ners and staff; it was evident that a change was needed to continue our growth across our diversified multi-state portfolio that includes apartment complexes, condominiums, townhomes, single family homes, commercial buildings, and shopping centers. ACTIVITIES Property Collaboration Conducted by Linda Fulmer, Dr. Staci Flint and Zone 5 Police Department for food distribution to our Elderly / Disabled Residents at Laurentian Hall, Silver Lake, Douglas Plaza, Homewood , Squirrel Hill, East Hills, Family properties (Garfield Glen 1 & Garfield Glen 2, Emory, Negley, Stanton, Penn Hills Penley Plaza, North View Heights) and Community of Gar- field. Food Boxes provided by 412 Food Rescue, Giant Eagle, Trader Joe’s and Starbucks. We have received and distributed a total of 2350 cases of food to each and every household in need.
