Champagne Vintage € 1. Champagne Charpentier Brut Prestige NV 82.50 ‘Brut Prestige from the committed independent producer Jacky Charpentier, is a big step up in quality. This is classy, mouth filling stuff, combining ripe fruit and buttery richness’ Mary Dowey, Irish Times Magazine 2. Champagne Charpentier Millesime Vintage 2009 92.50 Classic aromas of biscuits and apples. Mature on the palate with hints of brioche, nuts and honey. Wonderful lingering finish. 3. JMGobaillard & Fils Brut Grande Reserve Premier Cru 2018 92.50 A gentle and elegant style with soft acidity and notes of ripe apple. Well balanced and harmonious through to the long finish. 4. Champagne Billecart – Salmon Brut NV 97.50 This champagne is from the smallest of the grandes marques. It tastes of lacy lightness and refinement . A wonderfully elegant champagne. 5. On the palate, it is fleshly, rounded and fruity with fine, mature tannins and a lovely fresh finish. 27.Chateau Haut Rian, Cuvee Prestige, Cotes du Bordeaux 2016 35.00 Easy drinking red wine with ripe fruit flavours and a hint of spice. An excellent entry level Bordeaux. 29. Chateau Morin, Cru bourgeois, Saint Estephe 2013 46.00 Wonderful wine from the medoc. Smooth ripe fruit flavours with a gentle touch of oak. Great value. 30. Chateau Brun Despagne Bordeaux Superieur 2015 46.00 Predominately Merlot, this wine is packed with silky plum and blackberry fruit and has a well structured finish. 32. Chateau Peyroutas Saint Emilion, Grand Cru 2015 50.00 An elegant nose of small red berry fruit opening into ginger spice with supple tannins and a warm, crisp finish. 33. Domaine Le Verger, Alain Geoffrey Chablis, 2018 46.00 Light gold in colour with hints of floral tones on the nose. Fresh citrus flavours balanced with minerality on the palate. 49. Domaine Nicolas Maillet, Macon Verze 2016 46.00 The nose presents lots of lush buttery fruit with hints of marzipan and ripe apple. The palate is rich but fresh with flavours of greengage, hints of butter, a streak of tangerine acidity. The finish is clean and fresh. 50. Domaine des Gerbeaux Pouilly Fuisse Vielles Vignes 2018 52.50 This is a wine of great depth, flavour and richness. The vines grow in the vineyard of Solutre where the terroir gives the wine a mineral like flavour. 51. Domaine Emilian Gillet, Vire Clesse, Thevenet Fils 2016 52.50 A wine of incredible richness and depth. Full bodied, buttery and perfectly balanced by a refreshing acidity. 52. Bret Brothers Macon Villages ‘Ephemere’ 2016 55.00 Elegantly crafted with slightly honeyed notes on the nose backed with ripe lemon and orange peel on the palate. Hints of creaminess and beautifully balanced with fresh acidity. 53. Domaine Rapet Pernard- Vergelesses 2016 60.00 This wonderful wine has aromas of toasted almonds, flavours of spice and tropical, peachy notes. Full and complex with a long, lingering finish. 54. Olivier Laflaive ,Montagny 1er Cru 2015 65.00 This is a wonderfully concentrated Chardonnay showing slightly nutty citrus flavours and honeyed tropical fruits. Well balanced acidity from a top producer taking advantage of a great vintage. 55. Domaine Seguinot Bordet Chablis 1er Cru, ‘Fourchaume’ 2017 65.00 Notes of green apple, pear and white blossom on the nose . The palate is dry with flavours of flint, citrus fruits and lovely minerality. 56. Domaine Langoureau, ‘La Garenne’, 1er Cru, Puligny Montrachet 2015 80.00 An intriguing mix of flavours, melon, peach and hazelnuts. An elegant well balanced wine. 57. Domaine Seguinot Bordet Chablis Grand Cru ‘Les Preuses’ 2017 85.00 From a great producer combining citrus fruits and minerality. This wine has lovely roundness and mouthfeel. 58. Domaine Javillier, ‘Les Tillets’, Meursault 2017 85.00 Wonderful, honeyed richness with floral undertones. Beautifully crafted wine with great length and flavour. 59. Marc Colin Les Encegnieres Chassagne – Montrachet 2017 85.00 Notes of yeast and creaminess on the nose backed by flavours of ripe citrus and tangerine. Great length and smoothness. 5

Attractive berry fruit aromas following through to an elegant finish 65. Lucien Lardy Moulin-A-Vent ,Vielles Vignes , Beaujolais 2017 38.00 Made from 45 year old wines, there is an enticing nose of ripe Summer fruits, and elegant palate and well balanced tannins. 66. Domaine de La Treille Fleurie, Beaujolais 2017 45.00 A wonderful Fleurie with a vibrant nose of light red fruits. Rich, concentrated raspberry fruit with a clean finish. 67. Domaine Maurice Charleux & Fils, Maranges, Vielles Vignes 2015 52.50 Vibrant red in colour with a bouquet of preserved red fruits and a hint of liquorice. Tannins are smooth with a hint of pepper. 68. Domaine Joblot Clos de la Servoisine Givry 1er Cru, 2014 55.00 This wine is made by one of the very best producers in Givry. A younger style of Pinot Noir with ripe berry fruits and savoury notes on the palate. 69. Domaine Rapet Pernard – Vergellesses 2013/15 60.00 A wonderful earthy and red berry fruit nose. Round, rich and full on the palate with delicious fruitiness and a subtle mineral touch. 70. Domaine Theulot Juillot Mercurey 1er Cru ‘La Cailloute’ 70.00 A hint of flint on the nose with lovely ripe fruit structure. Elegant and well balanced 2015/17 with well integrated earthiness. 71. Domaine Christian Serafin Gevrey Chambertin 2015 80.00 Deep and brilliant ruby-coloured wine, aromas of black berries enhanced by oak. A nicely refined modern styles wine. Loire Valley White 75. Château du Coing de St. Fiacre ,Muscadet Sevre et Maine 2017 33.00 This Muscadet Sevre et Maine Sur Lie has a nice silver green colour and aromas of green apples and ripe citrus flavours. The palate is rounded from the 2 years the wine spends on lees. 76. Domaine Bellevue Sauvignon Blanc, Touraine 2018 33.00 A crisp, totally dry Sauvignon with lovely aromatics and delicate flavours of gooseberry. Subtle touches of passion fruit and hints of minerality. 77. Domaine Andre Figeat Pouilly Fume 2017 46.00 Figeat makes classic Pouilly Fume with scents of gooseberry, crushed apples and a hint of smokiness on the palate. From a great vintage this wine offers excellent value for money. 78. Domaine Henry Pelle Morogues, Menetou- Salon, 2015 46.00 Herbaceous and grassy notes on the nose with lots of ripe fruits, balanced with good acidity and a long finish, A classy wine from an excellent producer. 6
79. Domaine Serge Laloue Cuvee Silex, Sancerre 2017 48.00 Clean and dry white wine leading to luscious, slightly flinty gooseberry fruit with a crisp finish. 80. Domaine Breton Vouvray, La Dilettante 2017 49.50 Produced using biodynamic viticulture from Chenin Blanc, this wine has rich and luscious flavours of pineapple and stone fruits with hints of honey, balanced with a fresh acidity. Loire Valley Red 82. Chateau de Hureau, Tuffe, Saumur Champigny 2015 38.00 Scents of wild flowers and thyme coupled with sweet mulberry fruit and a lingering finish. Deeply coloured yet almost without tannin, this is soft, sumptuous and thoroughly enjoyable. 83. Roblin “ L’Enclos de Maimbray”, Sancerre Rouge 2011 39.00 From Pinot Noir grapes this wine expresses the minerality of the terroir. Beautiful ripe red berries and juicy fruits. Rhone Valley White 84. Reserve des Armoiries, Cotes du Rhone 2013 33.00 A blend of Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Roussanne, Bourboulenc and Clairette this wine is a great value alternative to White Chateaneuf. Pale gold in colour with exotic flavours of peach and apricots finishing with fresh citrus fruits. 85.Grapillon D’Or Vacqueras 2018 59.00 A complex white wine with pear, peach and stone fruits backed by a hint of honey, vanilla and fresh acidity. Rhone Valley Red 86. Domaine Coste Chaude Cotes du Rhone 2017 33.00 This rich but silky smooth Rhone red is made from 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah. Medium tannins, red berry fruit and offers versatility in its food pairings. 87. Domaine Quillex Cotes du Rhone Villages Gadagne 2018 37.50 From a relatively new appellation with only 7 producers this wine has great complexity. Rich, ripe fruits, dark berries and warm spice on the palate with soft tannins. 88. Domaine Charavin, Cotes du Rhone, Rasteau 2016 43.00 A rich wine from a typical Rhone Valley blend displaying dark ripe fruits, hints of warm spice and white pepper. Smooth and rounded with a great finish. 89. La Crau de Ma Mere, Chateauneuf du Pape 2016 52.50 This wine represents the producer’s best efforts. This is a surprisingly fat, opulently textured offering with abundant quantities of liquorise and smoke infused black cherry fruit. Plenty of spice and a chewy succulent finish. 7
90. Domaine de La Charbonniere, Vacqueryras 2016 52.50 This wine has a beautiful rich, deep colour and soft tannins with layers of spicy fruits and a complex yet elegant palate. 91. Domaine des Remizieres, Crozes- Hermitage 2014/15 55.00 Full bodied with ripe Syrah flavours, hints of sweet spice and smooth, well integrated tannins South of France White 93. Domaine de Martinolles Chardonnay 2017 33.00 A big mouthful of sun-ripened , almost tropical fruits balanced with good acidity. This chardonnay is unoaked with a classy, lingering finish. 94. Domaine Felines Jourdan , Picpoul de Pinet, 2018 33.00 Aromas of ripe pears and honeyed hints. On the palate the fruit is deliciously fresh and leaves a lovely lingering finish. Ideal match for shellfish. An alluring alternative to Sauvignon Blanc. 95. Domaine des Anges Blanc, Ventoux 2016 33.00 A blend of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Bourboulenc. Notes of blossom with white peach and exotic fruit with a lovely citrus finish. 96. Domaine Bergerie de l’Hortus,Vin de Pays du Val de Montferrend 2018 36.00 There is ripe fruit coming through from Chardonnay, a crisp backbone of acidity from the Sauvignon and a peachy delicacy from the notoriously difficult Viognier. ‘Bottle of the Week. ‘Mary Dowey, The Irish Times. South of France Red 98. Domaine Gayda Grenache, Languedoc 2016 33.00 A deepA purple wine packed with cherry and black fruit flavours with a slightly spicy finish. 99. Domaine des Anges Cabernet Sauvignon,Ventoux 2015 33.00 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grown at altitude and produced organically. This Domiane has Irish Connectionsand is owned Gay Mc Guinness. The wine is deep dark red in colour with ripe plum fruits, sweet spices and well integrated tannins. 100. Claude Val, Vallée de l'Herault, Languedoc 2018 33.00 Combines the four classic grape varieties of the Languedoc region; Grenache, Carignan, Syrah & Merlot. “A perfect balance between Old & New World styles - vibrantly fruity, rounded, with raspberry & floral notes”. 101. Jean Gardies Vigneron Mas Las Cabes, Cotes du Roussillon 2018 35.00 Organically produced this wine is intense garnet red in colour with ripe dark fruits, hints of violets and liquorice on the palate. 102. Domaine Des Jougla, Cuvee Signee, Saint Chinian 2011 37.50 A powerful, well-structured wine with intense cassis and pepper aromas. The palate is ripe and jammy with a hint of spice. 103. Domaine Luc Lapeyre L’Amourier, Minervois 2017 38.00 An unfiltered blend of Syrah, Mourvedre and Carignan, opulent, silky, elegant, yet assertive. Aged in almost new oak for just a year its impeccably orchestrated by a master wine conductor. Astounding value for money and a very smart wine. 8
104. Chateau Fontareche Corbieres 1682 2016 38.00 Made from vines over 40 years old this is a blend of Syrah, Mourvedre, Carignan and Grenache. Aged in oak barrels that impart hints of spice and cedarwood but not overpowering the delicate fruit flavours. 105. Domaine des Anges Archange, Ventoux 2015 40.00 90% Syrah and 10% Grenache and made from 40 year old vines. Hues of violets with intense black fruit flavours, liquorice and beautifully smooth tannins. 106. Domaine Anne Gros & Jean Paul Tollot Cotes du Brian, La 50/50 2014 52.50 Combining the finesse of Burgundian wine making with the concentration of fruit from Minervois. Beautifully balanced with ripe dark fruits and spice. Rose Wines 108. Villa Wolf Pinot Noir Rose, Dr. Loosen, Pfalz 2018 33.00 A vibrant raspberry nose, a mouthful of fresh red berry fruits. Slightly off dry with wonderful balance of acidity. 109. Bergerie L’Hortus, Languedoc 2019 35.00 Attractive pink colour, ripe red Summer fruits with a clean citrus finish. 110. Roblin “ L’Enclos de Maimbray”, Sancerre Rosé 2017 46.00 A very elegant and classic style Sancerre Rosé, produced from Pinot Noir, with delicate summer fruit aromas and flavours and a fine dry, minerally finish. Germany White 112. Bender Paulessen Riesling, Mosel 2018 37.50 A dry modern style of Riesling made from vines grown on the steep terraces of the Mosel. Gooseberry tones, ripe citrus fruits and hints of minerality and blossom. 113. Von Winning Win WIn Riesling Trocken, Deidesheim 2017 45.00 A blend of the premier and Grand Cru Vineyards that are some of the best Riesling in the world! This shows astounding complexity, which is due to the spontaneous fermentation in large barrels and the quality of the fruit that goes into them! 114. Wehlener Klosterberg Kabinett, Molitor, Mosel 2011 45.00 Ripe stone fruits, a touch of lime and peach, finishing with a hint of minerality. A well balanced wine with a lovely length. 115. Bernkastler Badstube, Spatlese, Molitor, Mosel 2009 60.00 Medium dry with ripe citrus flavours, lychee and elderflower. A delicate wine with a hint of creaminess, finishing with notes of minerality. Germany Red 116. J. L. Wolf Pinot Noir, Pfalz 2016 38.00 A warm, medium bodied wine showing lovely pure fruit on the nose. Dark cherry fruit on the palate with a hint of spiciness and smokiness . 9
Austria 117. Apple Gruner Veltliner, Brgenland 2018 37.50 Notes of sweet fruit on the nose with a hint of toffee and spiced apple on the palate finishing with well balanced acidity. Italy White 118. San Simone Pinot Grigio, Friuli 2018 33.00 This Pinot Grigio boasts floral notes, followed by aromas of fresh fruit. The taste is characterised by a pleasing freshness that is gentil and full. 119. Ciu Ciu Oris Tabaldo, Marches 2018 33.00 This wine is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio. Lovely buttery fruit flavours and crisp acidity. Soft easy drinking style. 120. Ciu Ciu Le Merlettaie, Pecorino, Marches. Organic. 2018 33.00 Lovely flavours of apple, vanilla and nuts. A wonderful wine from the region that makes the famous cheese. 121. Grazina Pra Soave Classico. Veneto. 2018 33.00 Made from Garganega and Trebbiano grapes by this respected producer in northern Italy. A classic Soave. 122. Michelle Biancardi Fiano Solo , Puglia 2018 38.00 Organically produced. On the nose ripe peach and nectarine aromas with hints of honey and floral notes on the palate. 124. Poggio ai Ginepri Bianco, Tuscany 2016 45.00 A blend of Vermentino and Sauvignon Blanc. Lovely aromatic flavours and floral tones balanced with fresh acidity and hints of sage. 125. Maso Cantanghel, Sot Sas Cuvee, Trentino 2014 67.50 This wine is an interesting blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Blanc. Produced in Northern Italy, the microclimate contributes to the growth of flor which gives this wine a distinctive flavour and body. Ripe citrus and tropical fruit flavours with a hint of creaminess balanced with freshness. Italy Red 127. Nero di Troia, Le Vigne di Sammarco, Puglia 2018 33.00 Masses of ripe brooding fruit, bramble and blackberry. Medium bodied with hints of vanilla. Made from Negroamaro and Malvasia grapes. 128. Michelle Biancardi Uno Pui Uno, Puglia 2018 33.00 Made from three indigenous grape varieties and oak aged in modern large barrels this wine is Full bodied yet refined and packed full of vibrant pure dark fruits finishing with a hint of bitter chocolate. 129. Nicodemi Montepulciano D’Abruzzo, DOC 2017 36.00 From old vines this wine has a deep purple colour, ripe fruit, a hint of bitter cherry and a smooth, intense finish. 10

Stefano Accordini Valpolicella Ripasso, Veneto 2017 48.00 Intense flavours of black fruits with a hint of sweet spice. Nicely balanced acidity with clever use of oak. Wonderfully typical wine and great value. 132. Pira Luigi, Nebbiolo 2017 52.00 On the nose it surprises for magnitude and intensity, blending fruit and floral notes with hints of coffee and tobacco. On the palate it is complex, harmonious and well structured at first, fresh juicy acidity and dry tannic bite to finish, a classic Nebbiolo! 133. Pira Luigi Barolo, Piemonte 2014/16 65.00 Aromas of tar, roses and new oak which follow through onto an elegant but big palate with firm, ripe tannins and great length. 135. Villa Donoratico, Bolgheri, Tuscany 2018 70.00 A very complex wine with a rich palate of ripe dark berries, pepper and liquorice. Matured in oak casks leading to hints of tobacco. A powerful finish balanced with well structured tannins. A refined Super- Tuscan. 136. Scriani Amarone della Valpolicella Classico ,Veneto 2014/16 75.00 Hand harvested to select the best sun exposed grapes. Produced from a blend of Corvina, Rondinella & Corvinone the wine is aged for 28 months. A pure bouquet of red fruits and berries backed with cherry, vanilla and liquorice on the palate. A slightly lighter more approachable style of Amarone. 137. Brunello di Montalcino, ‘La Serena’, Tuscany 2013 80.00 A full bodied wine filled with dark, rich fruits and mocha spices.
