Leaders Programme
The two week English Language Leader Award teaches young learners how to lead
others through English language activities by working to develop their communication,
organisation and motivational skills.
The programme encourages the young learners to build upon their current English Language skills and completely
immerse themselves in the language and environment created by our experienced English Language teaching staff, Sports Leaders UK awards and qualifications equip young people with employability skills
for life improving motivation, self-esteem, communication, team work and confidence.

safety and welfare during their stay. The innovative TAGPAY software
gives Challenger Sports’ staff the tools to monitor multiple day-to-day
processes simultaneously and communicate updates and important
information with parents via either an SMS or App push notification.
Each child will be provided a wrist band on arriving at camp, this
