Take the A350 towards Shaftesbury and turn left at the traffic lights in Durweston onto the A357. Continue on this road, through Shillingstone and carry on to the end of the village. Turn right, signed for Child Okeford under a railway bridge and across the River Stour; continue into the village and at the T junction turn left. Go into the centre and just by a red telephone box you will see a lane, take this and go under an arch (a privately owned Coach House) and up to the electronically operated wrought iron gates and to Lime Tree House.
