DAY 1 LONDON Upon arrival, you will be met by an airport assistant at one of Londons' airports and enjoy a private transfer to a hotel in the city centre. You are free to enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure and get some much needed rest after a long day of travel. Overnight in London. FULL DAY TOUR OF LONDON & GREENWICH DAY 2 Meet your local guide and enjoy a full day tour of Greenwich and London. The best way to start your Bridgerton week is right on the doorstep of the Bridgertons’ home: Ranger’s House in Greenwich. Stroll through Greenwich Park, the home of Prime Meridian and the Royal Observatory, Maritime Museum and Queens House. After your walk take a river cruise from Greenwich to the famous Tower of London and continue your tour passing by St. Paul’s Cathedral, Trafalgar Square, Westminster with Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, and Buckingham Palace. Overnight in London. DAY 3 Hampton Court & Cobham Village Start the day by visiting Hampton Court, Henry VIII’s magnificent palace where you will see Tudor kitchens, one of the oldest tennis courts in the world and tranquil gardens with amazing mazes and glorious fountains. These iconic gardens held some of the most lavish parties as featured many times in Bridgerton. Continue to the village of Cobham and enjoy its romantic, landscaped 18th century Painshill Park where the Featherington family usually took their daily recreational strolls. Overnight in London.
DAY 4 Hatfield House & Gardens You will spend this morning visiting the stately Hatfield House, which is now home to the 7th Marquess of Salisbury; its magnificent interiors are open to the public. Bridgerton scenes were shot in the house’s famous Marble Hall, Library and West Gardens. After a tour of the house enjoy some time walking through the landscaped gardens and soaking up the beauty of these spectacular grounds. Drive back to London where you are free to spend the afternoon at leisure. Overnight in London. SALISBURY & BATH DAY 5 Leave London this morning and head towards Wiltshire. Visit the amazing Wilton House near Salisbury, home to the 18th Earl and Countess of Pembroke. In Bridgerton you will often see the Queen sitting in the Single Cube Room. In the afternoon visit Salisbury and witness its famous cathedral, home to one of the oldest working clocks in the world and the best surviving of the four original copies of Magna Carta. OPTION: instead of visiting Salisbury you may opt to visit Stonehenge, the famous, prehistoric stone circle. Overnight in Bath. DAY 6 BATH Visit the famous Roman Baths, a World Heritage Site built on natural thermal waters and one of the best religious spas in ancient world. Continue with a walking tour of Bath, passing by Bath Abbey, Pulteney Bridge and the Royal Crescent. The curving row of terraced houses of The Royal Crescent appears regularly in the show. The No. 1 Royal Crescent was used as the exterior of Featheringtons’ home. DAY 7 BLENHEIM PALACE & OXFORD After driving through the dreamy villages of the Cotswolds, you’ll visit another stately home: Blenheim Palace - a World Heritage Site with over 300 years of history and home to the 12th Duke of Marlborough. The palace is notable as the birthplace and ancestral home of Sir Winston Churchill. Enjoy rare English Baroque architecture and perfectly manicured gardens. Continue with an afternoon walk through one of the most historic towns of England, Oxford. Drive back to London for your evening meal and a good nights' sleep. Overnight in London YORK DAY 8 Just over two hours train ride will take you to the north of England and magical York. Meet with your local guide at the train station and enjoy an afternoon walk through the ancient cobbled streets. Almost 1800 years ago this city was a seat of the Roman Emperor Septimius Severus, and a little later it became a Viking capital in Britain. Often this city played an important role in medieval politics. Visit the magnificent York Minster and walk through the Shambles; one of the best preserved medieval streets in the world. Overnight in York. DAY 9 CASTLE HOWARD & WHITBY Today you will visit the breath-taking Castle Howard; an extensive estate with farmland, parks and gardens and home to Howard family for over 300 years. The magnificent house is surrounded by woodland, lakes, and fountains. This is the home to show’s Duke of Hastings and a place where he lived with his bride, Daphne Bridgerton, after the wedding. Continue your day travelling on a real steam train, enjoying a short ride through lush Yorkshire landscape. Arrive in Whitby, a fishing town famous for the ruins of medieval abbey and the place where Bram Stoker found his inspiration to write Dracula Overnight in York.
DAY 10 YORK - MANCHESTER Enjoy the rest of your morning in York, taking time to enjoy the final few hours of your time in this unique city. Perhaps make the most of this opportunity to enjoy a sumptuous Cream Tea or a take part in a spot of retail therapy - a great chance to purchase some lovely mementos to take home with you. This afternoon, you will be met by your private driver guide and taken to Manchester Airport for your departure flight – homeward bound!
