Over the summer the board has been working hard to plan some exciting socials, fundraisers, and internal club meetings. MILITARY STAR Card Saves Military Community by Avoiding Costly Transaction Fees JBER– Military shoppers who reach for their MILITARY STAR® card at Army & Air Force Exchange Service stores at JBER are strengthening their entire community. Exchange Extends Layaway to Include Back-to-School Electronics Essentials JBER – The JBER Exchange is showing Army and Air Force families that it matters where they shop, allowing more time to pay for electronics during back-to-school season. From July 2 through Sept. 2, Army & Air Force Exchange Service shoppers can use layaway to hold purchases of computers, notebooks, tablets and iPads. A $3 service fee and a deposit of 15% are required to hold items on layaway. Items must be picked up by Sept. 2. Shoppers can visit customer service at the Installation Name Exchange for details.
