YOUTH DEVELOPMENT Child Watch, Recreation Station, Teen Certification CHILD WATCH & RECREATION STATION TEEN CERTIFICATION Child Watch is a free service provided for our members. This Teen Certification is for teens ages 12-15 years old. Please bring a valid ID as well so that staff can make a copy in order to have current information for you. This step will be required for ALL participants new/returning. We ask that you allot 10-15 minutes PRIOR to working out for the first visit for our staff to update your info. Parents/Caregivers must bring their own supplies needed for care for each child. These supplies include but are NOT limited to: diapers, wipes, a change of clothes, snacks, burp cloths, snacks, and a prepared bottle. Per the NCDHHS guidelines, children under 5 years old are not required to wear a face covering, however for those able, we do recommend wearing a face covering in our facility. 6

HEALTHY LIVING Aquatics Aerobics Classes AQUA AEROBICS CLASSES Water offers a continuous resistance and buoyancy that helps to increase the flexibility, strength, and aerobic fitness of individuals while reducing the impact to the skeletal system and joints. Come join us in the water and feel the benefits. No swimming skills are required. AQUA HIIT Torch those calories with this high-energy, low-impact aquatic aerobics class! ARTHRITIS FOUNDATION YMCA AQUATIC PROGRAM (AFYAP) Have fun with a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and activities for daily living for anyone with arthritis. All exercises are Arthritis Foundation Approved. DEEP WATER FITNESS With no-impact on joints, enjoy a cardio workout that will increase strength, endurance and flexibility. Our offerings are changing and expanding frequently. The most up-to-date schedule will be on our app and website, and will also be emailed to members.
