2020 was a year like no other, and the pandemic may
have launched you completely out of your comfort zone
of traditional banking. During this time, we understand that
getting assistance in person is proving to be difficult and
risky, so we’ve made plans for the next best option. We want
to offer our help and support, so we’ve set up 2 ZOOM calls
where you will get to see us face to face as we navigate
our way through the most common frustrations of online
banking. We will be limiting these classes to 10 Spirit Club “ The Spirit of Us”
members per session so that we are able to offer the best Happy 2021! When looking back at the

2021 SPIRIT CLUB TRIPS
Beauty & the Beast | Saturday, May 1
Join the Spirt Club for a true love story, Beauty and the Beast at the Orpheum Theatre in Sioux
Falls for the 2:00 pm matinee on Saturday, May 1. The classic story tells of Belle, a young woman
in a provincial town, and the Beast, who is really a young prince trapped under the spell of an
enchantress. A surprise stop will be planned for the morning and we will have a nice lunch before
the play.

Mystery Day Trip | Tuesday, May 18 or Wednesday, May 19
Are you intrigued by the unknown or do you like surprises? If so, you should join us for our Spring
Mystery Day Trip on Tuesday, May 18 or Wednesday, May 19. None of the details are shared
except, what time to meet the motor coach. We will have a lot of fun and will eat well!

Twins Game & So Much More | Thursday, June 10 – Friday, June 11
Hey baseball fans join the Spirit Club for the Twins vs the Yankees for a night game on Thursday,
June 10. Plans are being made for activities to do on our way to Minneapolis. We will check into
our hotel before heading for Target Field. On Friday, another day of fun is being organized.

Music Man | July 30-31 (Friday & Saturday)
Join the American Spirit Club for a getaway to the Twin Cities July 30 and 31. On Friday evening we
will attend the six-time, Tony Award winning musical comedy, “The Music Man”, at the Chanhassen
Dinner Theatre. We also have two mystery tours planned. The fee for the weekend includes tours,
dinner theatre, hotel accommodations, 5 meals and motor coach.

Iowa 3 Day Tour | August 2021
Let’s go on a road trip and explore the beauty of Iowa. We are working on a 3-day tour for the
month of August. Watch for the details very soon!

Fall Mystery Tour | Tuesday, September 21
Join us for our Fall Mystery Tour on Tuesday, September 21, for a fun day of surprises. Fall is a
beautiful time of the year for an adventure with friends.
Cost: $100 | Deposit: $10Door County & Mackinac Island | October 3-9 (Sunday – Saturday)
Prepare to be captivated by Door County, Wisconsin! Our time here will be filled with authentic
Door County experiences beginning with the Cherry Train tour. The ferry will take us to Washington
Island for this narrated tour that introduces us to life on the island, its history, and more. Back
on the mainland, we’ll depart for Seaquist Orchards, where our entertaining guide will lead us
through the cherry, apple, and pear trees. Of course, our visit to the area would not be complete
without a very special Door County meal loved by locals and tourists alike - a traditional fish boil.
Locally caught fish will be boiled on an open fire, and we’ll know it’s time to eat when the fiery
“boil over” occurs!
Then we’re off to the famous Mackinac Island where cars are banned, horses and bikes command
the roads. With two nights at the Grand Hotel in this Victorian village, we’ll have plenty of
opportunities to tour the island by horse-drawn carriage, sample delicious foods at the famous
Grand Luncheon Buffet, and simply revel in the slower pace on the island. After saying goodbye
to Mackinac Island, our journey will take us home with a dune buggy ride and visit to Starved Rock
State Park along the way.
In addition to six nights’ accommodations and fourteen meals, the price includes motorcoach
transportation, admissions, porterage, taxes, and gratuities. To see the complete itinerary and

Branson & Kansas City | November 15-19 (Monday – Friday)
The Spirit Club has an annual tradition of traveling to Branson in November and our goal is to do it
again in 2021. Watch for all the great shows, amazing attractions, and restaurants in the very near
future. This tour fills up very quickly so if you are interested please send in your deposit asap!

December Christmas Outing | To Be Announced
The Christmas season has a wide variety of amazing productions and the Spirit Club enjoys
attending them. Unfortunately, they are not finalized and announced until mid-summer. When
we have a chance to check out the opportunities, we will publish the December outing in the
newsletter.

Southern Charm | April 24-30, 2022
Many of us were looking forward to the Spirit Club Southern Charm tour for April of 2021.
Unfortunately, with the uncertainty of Covid 19, we have decided to reschedule it for April of
2022. Hopefully, things will be much safer by then. The tour will be very similar as the one offered
this year. Cost will be subject to change.
April is a glorious time to walk in the beautiful gardens of Savannah and Charleston! Enjoy the
bountiful Magnolia trees, the blossoms of Azaleas and Hyacinths in contrast to the live Oak trees
hanging with the thick Spanish Moss. Take in the architecture of these Southern cities in walks
and carriage rides. Savor the delicious cuisine served up in outdoor cafes and explore the city
markets and curiosity shops. Delight in the Southern hospitality of two very special hotels that
just exude the charm of yesteryear. This tour is a filled with Civil War history, the lure of the Gullah
culture and the gentle nature of the Antebellum South.
