In Mexico, “La Noche Buena” is celebrated on Christmas Eve to mark the end of The Posadas, a series of processions and parties to celebrate the upcoming holidays.

Wednesday, December 25 th Christmas Day Welcome home for the holidays. Over the years, our resor t has created so many unique traditions singular to our hotel and cherished by our return guests. Case in point: Our Santa Claus visit. Nothing says Baja Christmas like Santa on a Harley Davidson with his escor t of elves rumbling through the Dos Mares Tunnel. Presents are distributed to all the children and the festive spirit is made sweeter with Mexican Hot Chocolate. DON MANUEL´S Breakfast is ser ved at Don Manuel’s from 7am - 11am featuring Rompope, our own version of Egg Nog, ser ved alongside a robust buffet including a special Kids Corner from Su Cocina and a full à la car te menu of Mexican Christmas Specialties. Meanwhile, in the evening Don Manuel’s sets the stage for a Traditional Family Style Christmas Dinner offered from 6pm - 11pm.
