The following reviews the bios and resumes of Glacier’s essential
creative and technical team members.

Glacier I.C.E., Inc. principals Anita Hartshorn and Frank Sweiding are
two of the most widely admired and respected ice skaters and ice event
producers in the world. Their bold, avant-garde adagio routines have become
legendary in the business, and their shows reflect that same commitment to
leaving audiences delighted, awe-struck, and clamoring for more.

Frank Sweiding – Director/CEO – World professional pair champion and
president of Glacier. With a degree from Northeastern Illinois University,
and a world championship title Mr. Sweiding first went to work for Ice
Capades as a featured performer ultimately rising to the position of treasurer
of Ice Capades. After leaving Ice Capades he accepted a position with
Renaissance Entertainment to oversee the foreign operations of their shows.
In 1993 Glacier was formed as a sister company to Renaissance
Entertainment with Mr. Sweiding’s position being president and overseeing
production. Mr. Sweiding’s list of accomplishments include involvement in
the creating, producing and managing for over 60 shows for various theme
parks, theaters, arenas, and special events world - wide.

Anita Hartshorn, - Production/Creative/Casting, - As world professional
pair champion and seasoned veteran of many ice shows, competitions, and
TV specials, Ms. Hartshorn is a noted expert on who is, or soon will be
among the industry’s most qualified performers. She literally knows the
talent pool of the world of professional skating better than anyone. Her years
of dance training and show experience have proven indispensable in helping
her create original choreography that is highly acclaimed in the skating
world. Ms. Hartshorn’s list of accomplishments include overseeing the

casting and artistic direction for numerous theme park shows, theater shows,
live performance extravaganzas, multi-media tours and televised skating
shows.

Ice Rink Events – Ice Surface & Services - One of the leading, and most
experienced, suppliers of portable ice skating rink systems in the world.
Hundreds and hundreds of successful installations world-wide. With over
35 years of experience Ice Rink Events brings the most effective,
environmentally friendly system and ice surfaces possible to you, the
performers, and the audience.

Simone Grigorescu – Choreography/concept – World Professional Ladies
Champion – Has choreographed numerous productions for Glacier including
Sea World, Busch Gardens, Phantasiland, Friedrichstadtpalast, Sun Valley
Ice shows. She has also worked on productions for Holiday On Ice, Disney
On Ice, plus numerous other ice production companies in her 20 years of
experience as a choreographer.

Stephen DeWoody – Props, Lighting, Special F/X Consultant - A
graduate of Rollins College in Orlando, FL Mr. DeWoody has worked in
theme parks for over 30 years co-producing ice, water-ski, high dive, animal
and acrobatic shows. Stephen’s natural drawing ability and knowledge of
theme park shows including his 8 years of experience as co producer of
“World Rhythms On Ice” (a Cirque like Ice show) make him an excellent
choice for this show.

Dr. Max Liu - Ph.D. Electrical and Computer Engineering Power/Energy
Dr. Lui has worked with Glacier Ice on numerous projects as well as have
worked with Disney On Ice, Magic On Ice, and Hard Rock Park. Dr. Lui
has office in both the US and Taiwan.

Zabato Bebe Choreography/Creative – Mr. Bebe is an award winning ice
skater from Vienna. Winner of the 2014 Aritist’s Show Case Choreography
Challenge and the on staff choreographer for Glacier. He is the
choreographer for “Relight My Fire/Let’s get Loud” (currently running at
Phantasialand Park)

Salvatore P. Agostino – Music Director/Editor/Audio
Engineer/Media Studio Supervisor – 28 years of experience with Music &
sound editing for Theme Parks and Cruise lines. Supervise Crew Operations,
Audio, Video, Lighting, Stage Crew and Park Audio/ Video departments.
ProTools Certified to Produce, Record, Edit, and Master music, voice over,
and sound effects for park shows, exhibits, video productions, and special
events. Program, and provide content for show control systems. Program,
research, and provide content for park music systems.

Sebastián Pecznik- Music composer/ award winning guitarist. Sebastian
performed with Olympic Gold Medalist Brian Botiano this past year, thus he
has an intimate understanding of ice skating. His work as a composer
include award winning film and documentaries.

Randy Coyne – Management (Europe) – 21 years with Glacier I.C.E, inc.
Randy has done it all in his decades on the ice, he has been a star adagio
skater for Holiday On Ice, Ice Capades, TV specials, numerous theme parks
and theaters around the World. Randy is also a master blade sharpener plus
has experience installing and tearing down ice surfaces as well a maintaining
ice surfaces.

The Glacier Ice team has an active performing schedule and has had
numerous productions all over the world. Years in North America, Europe
and the Far East give Glacier Ice the latest personnel connections with
entertainment talent around the World.
Our personal competitive and professional careers give us an edge over all
other companies. We know the talent personally and are in unique position
to choose the best available talent for making a cohesive cast that is able to
put on a great show day after day. We have learned that personally knowing
the people we hire makes for much stronger shows.
