l The Jabulani Elephant Experience is respectful, inspiring and educational. Learn
more about their behaviour, their unique character traits, their incredible stories
and personal anecdotes from our passionate elephant carers. Observe the
elephants in their natural environment, foraging in the bush, walking through the

Children’s rates apply to children aged 6 - 11 and include a private vehicle.
All children, under the age of sixteen, must be accompanied by a 2021/2022
responsible adult during game drives, bush walks and elephant interaction.
RATES
The nightly rate contributes directly towards 20% of the elephant care costs of the
Jabulani Herd, 16% directly towards the upkeep of the elephants at HERD and various
other community projects.
You will receive a personalized certificate to acknowledge your support of elephant
conservation when you leave Jabulani. Know that your holiday with us has really made
a difference and that you have become part of the Jabulani Journey, a soulful journey
that is much more thank merely a luxury safari experience.

l Private Butler, Chef and Ranger dedicated to the Zindoga Villa
l Private Game Vehicle

Deposit, settlement & cancellation policy:

-- 25% cancellation fee if cancelled 61-90 days prior to arrival.
-- 100% cancellation fee if cancelled 0-60 days prior to arrival.
Festive Season Bookings (16 Dec – 9 Jan):
-- Bookings will be held on a provisional basis for 14 days only.
-- A 50% non-refundable prepayment is due within 14 days of confirmation.
-- Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
-- 50% cancellation fee if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival.
-- 100% cancellation fee if cancelled 0-60 days prior to arrival.
Short notice bookings (within 60 days of travel):
-- Bookings will be held on a provisional basis for 7-14 days only.
-- Full payment to confirm.
-- 100% cancellation fee if cancelled.
We reserve the right to cancel reservations should full payment not be made in time.
Cancellations are only valid if received in writing.
