Dear Customers and Friends, We would like to thank all of you for your continued patronage for the last year. As each year passes, we are continuing to add new ideas and products to our business, and taking the opportunity to hear what our customers want from us. With all of the changes in the world over the last year, like other businesses, we have had to implement new strategies to deal with supply shortages and delays in the supply chain and shipping. Thank you for your patience and understanding during these interesting times. We have managed to keep our staff healthy and greenhouse productive. With the increased demand in the Christmas tree and landscape trees, we have increased our production of transplants for most varieties. This has required us to add three more greenhouses for our transplants. Plug produc- tion continues to be our staple, and with moving transplants to the new greenhouses, this will al- low us to increase the numbers of plugs in our main growing facility. As we progress in “Growing for the Future”, we will continue to strive for the best quality and customer service, to meet the needs of our customers. We would like to say “thank you” to our loyal employees for their hard work and dedication to Itasca Greenhouse. Without these loyal people progress is not possible. They strive every day to produce quality products and implement new cost saving ideas to pass onto our customers. Trees are sold extracted from the container/tray in bundle
increments. Minimum order of $250 (tree total only).
If you have questions on fertilizer, chemicals or tree selection and
spacing, it is best to contact your local forester. They will be able to give
suggestions based on your specific needs and environment. Your local
DNR, SWCD or extension offices are a good place to start. States also offer
information through Christmas tree associations and also nursery and
landscape associations. The planting zones we list next to each species
is just a guideline as you do need to take your specific environment into
consideration as well.
Promotional Seedlings
Itasca Greenhouse will continue to be involved in promotional seed-
lings. Our subsidiary company, The GreenWorld Project will be handling
all orders and shipping, as it is currently set up to do that. The GreenWorld
Project will continue to provide trees from Itasca Greenhouse and carry
a variety of products suitable for many applications. You may visit that

Terms & Conditions
General Information / Terms:
Price levels are based on the number of seedlings of each size and species ordered.
Trees sold in bundle quantities.
Heights of seedlings will depend on species, container size and age.
Orders are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Minimum order of $250 (tree total only). Orders less than $500 must be paid in full at time of order.
Orders over $500 require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of order. Products will not be reserved
until payment is received.
Final invoices will be sent 8 weeks before ship and pick-up dates. Payment must be received at least 30 days before
your scheduled date. If payment is not received, order may be delayed or cancelled and deposit will be forfeited.
For customers who qualify for credit, terms are net 30 days from shipping. Past due accounts will be charged
1.5% interest per month.
Please make any changes on your order at least 30 days prior to your ship or pick-up date. No changes will be
allowed within 30 days of your scheduled date. Be prepared to take delivery the week that is scheduled.
We give no warranty, expressed or implied as to life, description, quality, productiveness, or any other matter
regarding any nursery stock that we sell. It is mutually agreed that our total liability for any error, should stock
prove untrue to name as labeled, shall be limited upon satisfactory proof, to our replacing free or refunding
the purchase price.
Orders are subject to crop conditions. Itasca Greenhouse is not responsible for crop losses due to fire, hail, frost,
drought and inventory error, or any other conditions beyond our control. Unless specified, Itasca Greenhouse will
make a container size substitution if needed.
Submitting payment is agreeing to these terms.
Please inspect the order upon arrival, and communicate any concerns within 10 days from the receipt of shipment.
Additional volume discounts are applied for orders over a specific dollar amount.
} $3,500 - $7,500 — 3% (call for quote on orders over 10,000+)
} $7,501 - $15,000 — 5% (discount is applied to trees only)
} $15,000+ — 7% (shipping and boxing charged at cost)
Shipping Information:
Orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays by Fed Ex Ground. LTL upon request.
We will make every attempt to ship your order to arrive during your requested shipping week.
Estimated shipping and boxing will be stated on the order confirmation.
Difference for actual shipping charges will be billed with order.
All orders need to be shipped by June 1, 2022.
Pickup Information:
Pick-up days for Fall 2021 are: September 22-24, 2021 and October 6-8, 2021.
Pick-up days for Spring 2022 are: April 27-29, 2022 and May 4-6, 2022.
Pick-up times are 8:30 am to 11:30 am and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
If you are unable to pick-up within these scheduled days and times, your order will be shipped by Fed Ex
Ground at current rates. Balance will be due prior to shipping.
There will be limited spaces available each day, schedule your day and time early.
Please ensure that you have the appropriate space and tarps / ropes to secure and protect your load.
We are located in north central Minnesota approximately 5 miles west of Grand Rapids and 10 miles east of Deer River.
From US Hwy 2 in Cohasset, take County Road 87 south for approximately 1 mile, turn left onto Blackwater Road.
Itasca Greenhouse is a short distance on the right.
