The following table provides information about what is new and what has changed since the last release:

New
○○ New Dock&Yard 2.0 User Interface for ULI Allocation view in „Loads with
Dock Allocation“ (Dock Calendar).
○○ New Pop-Up to warn when two or more users try to update in parallel the same TSA data. ○○ „Show Hubs“ now sort alphabetical by name and display „Hub“ in list of available Compartments. ○○ New feature to define Working and Non-Working times with „mouse over“ iteraction and new default template „Working Times Compartment Information“. ○○ Users with „Yard Supervision“ role can now access all areas starting from section „Compartments“ downwards with read-only privileges (can- not edit, add or delete data).
○○ Portuguese language was disabled from Security Check due to the fact that it is not yet available for mentioned feature. ○○ New feature to check for matches when creating a Timeslot Allocation for an ULI in the lists „Loads without Timeslot Allocation“ and „Loads without Dock Allocation“. The system will ask the user if he/she wishes to use one of the identified matching multiple rules.
○○ When rbTSA Placeholder is moved to red line, automatically a new
rbTSA Placeholder will be created to compensate the removed one du-
ring „Call to Dock“.
○○ When in Edit mode, the address fields are now optional for ERP relevant
„Dock Allocation Rules“.
X-Dock
New
○○ New additional search options by Load Number in „Monitoring HU“:
- „Select Hub“
- „Select Compartment“
- „Select Load Number“
Track and Trace Monitor (T&T) New ○○ New message bar that can be used by admin users in order to inform other users about downtimes. This will provide better usability of the plat- form and clearer information to the users.
Driver App New ○○ Adopted new push notification for Dock & Yard process „Please proceed to Parking Area“ to inform driver again in case service time has changed (triggered after „Truck Registration“ until “Call to Security Check”). ○○ New scan function for POD that allows the user to do picture documen- tation similar to what already exists in the Notes app for iOS, resulting in much better quality pictures in the InTrack Web. ○○ The driver can now move/adjust or skip/remove the tour stops in the app. These adjustments will be shown on the T&T Monitor and have their ETA/ ETD re-calculated.
○○ New night mode UX/UI design for the following screens:
-Splash screen
-EULA
-GDPR
-Main Menu
Gate App Change ○○ In Case only one ULI is enriched to a rbTSA Placeholder, the Pop-Up during Truck Registration (Gate-App) won‘t be shown asking if all ULIs should be displayed.
XMS App New ○○ New feature that generates SSCC labels from existing HU and download or send to configured SSCC email of Dock. Change ○○ Inbound & Outbound Load Number now displays the corresponding In- bound & Outbounding ULI linked to the currently processed HU ID. ○○ Inbound & Outbound Load Number is not displayed anymore in the „De- tailed Information“ view.
