Brand & Marketing Intern, Interac Corp. 1- Sales Ops Intern We’re looking for a Sales Operations Intern to help our sales teams find the best companies and communities to engage with. Sales Operations supports all of Revenue at Mercury by managing sales data and tooling, reporting, and organizing sales materials for Sales Representatives as needed. In this role, you’ll help our sales teams with understanding and identify opportunities for improvement within our new customers and existing customers. Here are some things you’ll do on the job: • Manage various data sets and analyze the trends happening over various time frames within Excel. • Help us extract data from various Sales Tools (Outreach, Salesforce, etc) • Assist our SDR team with prospecting and lead generation. • Partner closely with our Business Development, Relationship Management and SDR teams. • Help us understand, identify and document the processes of our top performing reps. • Learn about the tools of high performing sales and sales operations teams. • You should have: • Intermediate to Advanced skill level working with light data sets in tools like Excel and Google Sheets. • Strong analytical skills, ability to synthesize large amounts of quantitative and qualitative data and translate into meaningful information • Have a close attention to detail and think of ways to improve our targeted outreach to set our sales teams up for success. • Be eager to launch a career in Sales Operations & become proficient with Salesforce.
• Be excited about fintech and finding game-changing companies that need Mercury! This is a paid full-time remote summer internship for 10-12 weeks between May-August. Our internship program is intended for individuals enrolled in an academic program (undergraduate, graduate, MBA, etc.). Individuals interested but not enrolled in an academic program at this time our encouraged to apply to any of our full-time openings. In terms of compensation, the hourly rate for candidates based in the US is $35. The hourly rate for candidates based in Canada is CAD 30. 2- Marketing Intern Introba is looking to welcome a Marketing Intern for an 8-month term in May 2023. We are looking for a driven student who wants to make an impact, participate in real projects and gain experience working on highly supportive teams in the built environment. Responsibilities As a Marketing Intern with us, you will work to support the day-to-day functions of the Marketing Team at Introba. You will also actively work alongside an assigned mentor to grow in industry specific knowledge and relevant experience while actively applying it to the projects in which they are working. As a Marketing Intern, here’s what your day-to-day will look like: • Develop and maintain marketing information systems (client files, resume and project description files, mailing list, etc.). • Provide word-processing support for marketing effort, including proposals, general marketing correspondence, and government forms.
• With direction, completes government forms and assembles qualifications packages of existing marketing materials. • Draft general proposal sections and marketing correspondence. • Develop background research on target markets and potential clients. • Assist in production of marketing documents (binding, duplication, etc.) • May respond to and direct incoming telephone calls for marketing staff/management and/or principals. • Be knowledgeable of Introba's Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSER) report and initiatives • Participate in team events, including; team meetings, brainstorming sessions and overall collaboration activities Qualifications Currently enrolled at an academic institution in a bachelor’s degree program or post degree program specializing in marketing or related area. 3-Business Development Intern What does the opportunity include? • Join a world-class team with a corporate culture like no other! These services include association management, event management and marketing/creative. The Marketing & Development team is responsible for Redstone’s positioning and growth. As part of this team, our responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Developing impactful business proposals for prospective clients • Strategizing and developing unique content to strengthen our proposals to increase close rate • Preparing compelling pitch presentations • Drafting business contracts and agreements • Auditing existing business development systems to improve efficiencies and automations • Preparing reports and analytics for internal use • Preparing and updating client rosters/trackers and internal business development trackers, using our CRM and other tools What you’ll do: • Assist with content development for business development across all verticals • Proofread and edit existing content to make it more appealing • Develop new content for business proposals, marketing, event, and accounts departments • Keep track of current processes, making updates to excel databases • Update team resumes, bios and resources • Audit and edit content library and collateral • Create and ideate graphics and visuals for content development • Assist with HubSpot updates and automation tasks • Pull reports, analyze trends and provide key insights for different stages in the business development process • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required You will thrive in this role if: • You are excited about the idea of doing meaningful work alongside top management at Redstone and have an eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to Redstone and its success • You are currently enrolled in a program with a Business, Writing, Management focus or related field • You are required to complete a mandatory placement for school • You take initiative, are keen to learn sales and business development tools, are detail-oriented and can work collaboratively • You have a basic working knowledge of business, sales and/or writing best practices including business proposal development and analytics • You have experience writing compelling content • You can juggle priorities and adapt in a busy changing office environment, managing multiple projects at once, and adhering to strict deadlines • You are proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and capable of creating compelling content and visuals • You have an eye for detail and good design and are comfortable using Canva

The intern works cross-functionally within the team – and with our internal partners and stakeholders, agency partners and vendors as needed – to help operationalize marketing programs and support brand management overall. You are here to help and provide needed support, but also to learn from the members of our team our activities, and to actively participate and contribute to our work.
Your job will include… • Contributing to the brand and marketing teams on projects, campaigns, and activities across the group in a cross-functional manner, providing team support as needed, as well as managing smaller-scale brand and marketing projects independently • Assisting with managing the ongoing schedules of campaigns, projects, events and marketing activities across planning and executional cycles • Contributing to the administration, implementation and management of brand assets and materials, including refreshing and updating materials according to the standards of our new brand guidelines and providing brand support and direction to different teams across the organization • Supporting the management and execution of organic content creation across digital and social channels • Supporting the needs of product marketing, including helping to generate marketing collateral and sales support materials • Contributing to our overall marketing research mandate through gathering both quantitative and qualitative data, research materials and insights, in alignment with broader research initiatives for campaigns and strategic planning • Participating in team meetings and contributing to team ideation • Participating in our strategic planning process, including management of timelines and meeting schedules and providing input and ideas for planning You are… Someone who is curious and ambitious, with a passion for brand, marketing, and communications. You Have… • Current enrollment in a post-secondary marketing program, and already have some foundational experience in brand and marketing work from outside of the classroom • Experience using Microsoft Office programs (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) • Experience using social media platforms, with potential experience in Figma • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written • Ability to work with schedules and deadlines and complete projects and tasks according to these deadlines • Eligibility to work for Interac Corp. in Canada in a Full Time Capacity
