I.E.L.M. 2020 - 2021 FORMAT & DESIGN • 12 to max. 20 participants from 6-10 Organizations • 4 xpand consultants / coaches per Module • 5 modules over 15 months • Each module: 3pm-to 3pm (2 nights over three days) • Peer coaching skypes in between sessions • Kick-off Day before module 1 with each participant • Locations: in several cities (depending on participant’s footprint)
