Health Measures
The health and safety of our tenants and the broader building community is of the highest importance to us. Since the beginning of the
pandemic, we have been focusing on aggressive risk reduction efforts at our buildings. Our team has been working diligently with leading
public health experts and others in the real estate industry to put in place the most up to date best-in-class operating procedures.

           PHYSICAL DISTANCING
           In accordance with CDC guidance, we encourage social distancing, also called “physical distancing,” and have taken a deliberate approach to
           promoting social distancing. We have also identified queuing areas, and worked to reduce potential congestion of common spaces. We have
           implemented crowd control stanchions to maintain six feet of distance. To limit gatherings and crowded spaces, we have temporarily suspended or
           restricted the use of some building amenities.

           ELEVATORS
           To minimize crowded elevators, we have implemented updated elevator protocols that limit the number of individuals per elevator and added signage
           and floor graphics to assist with social distancing. We have also worked with our elevator consultant to implement programming modifications to help
           minimize anticipated delays caused by reduced elevator capacity.

           HAND SANITIZING AND HYGIENE
           We have obtained and placed hand sanitizers throughout common areas and at points of access, including elevator lobbies. Common area restrooms
           that did not already have touchless fixtures have been transitioned to touchless.

           VENTILATION, FILTRATION, AND WATER
           Our Standard Operating Protocol incorporates:
           Ventilation: Additional fresh air is brought into the building and bathroom exhaust fans are programmed to operate continuously.
           Filtration: The HVAC system operates with high efficiency filters for extended hours.

           CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
           We have implemented best practice protocols for routine cleaning and disinfection to help minimize any contamination of surfaces (fomites). Areas
           recently visited by an individual with a confirmed case of COVID-19 undergo enhanced cleaning (including, if visited, common areas, restrooms,
           elevators; as requested in tenant spaces).

           MASKS AND OTHER PERSONAL EQUIPMENT
           Face masks are required per local guidelines by all tenants and building visitors. All building staff, including property management, security,
           engineering, and janitorial, will are required to wear masks.

           VISITORS, DELIVERIES, AND CONTRACTORS
           We have implemented enhanced visitor management guidelines requiring that visitors are pre-registered, where applicable. Contractors will be
           required to provide written confirmation that they have agreed to properly screen employees per state protocols and to ensure compliance with
           CDC and OSHA guidelines.
