INDUSTRY WORKSHOPS
BOOKING FORM
SERVICES/EQUIPMENT INCLUDED
★★ Rental of workshop room for up to 5 days, during ECR 2020 (March 11–15), set-up on March 9 and 10.
★★ Your company’s name on general signage and floorplans.
★★ Seating arrangement as required (standard ACV furniture).
★★ Lectern or desk for the instructor.
★★ Amplification/PA set + wired microphone for rooms bigger than 40m2, wireless microphones are subject to
additional charges.
★★ Standard projector and screen or plasma screen.
★★ Welcome counter in front of the workshop room.
★★ Optional: online registration for Industry Workshops in the ESR MyUserArea can be booked for a fee of €500. This fee
includes 3 registration updates prior to ECR as well as receipt of the name, city, country and the email addresses of
delegates who have registered for your workshop (and who have given their consent to their data being passed on).
If online registration is not required, the workshop programme will be put online on the ESR website without the online
booking option. Please note that in this case, registration will only be available via your company’s website or onsite.
COSTS
★★ € 255/m²
This rate does not include VAT (20%), which will be charged accordingly.
CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
★★ Industry Workshops may only be booked by companies or associations in the imaging industry.
Exceptions may only be granted by the ESR Office.
★★ Industry Workshops may be held in any language.
★★ Workshops can be booked all year round, however companies should consider
–– that rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Should the payment not be received within the agreed pay-
ment terms, the ExCR reserves the right to cancel the order.
–– that the extension of deadlines (e.g. printed or online Industry Programme) will not be granted.
★★ Cancellations will be accepted in writing only. Terms of cancellation:
50% of the estimated costs will be due in case of cancellation between September 1 and October 31, 2019
100% of the estimated costs will be due in case of cancellation between November 1 and ECR 2020
★★ Payments of Industry Workshop bookings are non-transferable.
★★ Please note that the invoicing will be handled through the Exhibition & Corporate Retailing GmbH (ExCR).

★★ Participation to the workshops has to be free of charge for registered ECR attendees.
★★ The workshop hosts will rent the room, provide the staff and equipment. Any additional equipment (internet,
workstations, HD projector, etc) must be provided by the host company or rented from the ESR. Any necessary radiation
protection measures (advisory meetings and reports, personnel present onsite, etc) and the costs arising from those
must be borne by the lessee. Workshops must adhere to the designated days and hours of operation.
★★ The main goal of Industry Workshops is education. Promotional or commercial activities of any kind must be restricted.
★★ Depending on the point of time, the ESR will publish confirmed workshops in the Preliminary Programme/IPP,
mentioning only the company‘s name. The Industry Programme will contain all details submitted by the appropriate
deadline (January 13, 2019).
★★ The workshop rooms are equipped with basic electricity supply (standard plugs) for normal power consumption. Plea-
se inform the ESR Office about any specific or/and extensive electric power requirements in advance. The costs will be
invoiced to the company based on a separate price that is not included in the room rental charges.
