will be located in the M-Building on Level 0 in the so-called ‘International Village’. Due to space
restrictions, unmanned booths may be located nearby.
Opening hours of the ‘International Village’:
Wednesday, February 28, 2018 – Saturday, March 3, 2018
Dismantling of the ‘International Village’ will start on Saturday, March 3 at approx. 18:00. Please
make sure to remove your personal belongings and promotional material that you would like to keep
before 17:00 on this day.

Step 6) Acknowledge Additional Information
Booth – Allocation & Final Dismantling
All booths are allocated based on their type and their time of booking (‘First-come, first-served’).
Please understand that the sooner we receive your booking, the more prominent your location will be.
Please note that all society booths in the ‘International Village’ in the M-Building will be dismantled on
Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 18:00. Please take your personal belongings and promotional material before
that deadline with you, otherwise they will have to be disposed.
Shipping of promotional material
Should your society wish to send material to ECR, please tick the following box, to receive a special
delivery form from us. This delivery form will need to be attached to your parcel, that you wish to send
to ECR. I wish to receive a delivery form
Any transportation costs must be carried by your society and will be invoiced to you (after ECR).
Please note that any shipment to your booth has to be arranged with IML, the official shipping partner of
the Austria Center Vienna. For this please contact:

Please support our Green Meeting considering the quantity of material you send for display.
If your society would like to have any surplus material returned, please contact IML until February 19,
2018, otherwise the surplus material will be disposed of on Saturday, March 3, 2018 18:00.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds for cancellations after December 6, 2017.
Important summary
All society booths except for Meets Booths and Radiography societies are located on the ground floor
of the M-Building. The opening times of this ‘International Village’ are from Wednesday to Saturday.
All booths in the M-Building will be dismantled starting Saturday, March 3, 2018 at 18:00. Anything that
has not been removed by your society will be disposed.
