How to purchase Young Living Essential oils

To purchase Young Living essential oils and related products via their website, you
need to first set up an account via their website: https://www.youngliving.com/
en_AU/. To do so you must have an existing Young Living member be your sponsor
and enroller and include their membership number when placing your first purchase
online. As Soulla Chamberlain will be your enroller please set up your account using
her membership number of 3963066.

The next step is to choose your type of membership. There are several choices:

1.     As a retail customer

Under this option you can purchase whatever product you like (including an
individual oil). This option however is not recommend because it is the least
economical way as you will pay the full retail price which is 24% higher than options
2 and 3 below.

2.     As a wholesale customer (not under the rewards program)

As a wholesale customer you will obtain a lifelong membership to obtain 24% off the
retail price and you can order whenever you like as a standard order for however
much you like provided you order 50PV once in every 12 month period. Each product
is assigned a PV (“Personal Volume”) amount which you can think of as an
international currency. 50PV = USD50. What this equates to in AUD will depend on
the prevailing exchange rate.

As part of this membership under Soulla Chamberlain’s team, you will have the
option to attend my essential oils educational information sessions (often with special
guests) to guide you on your essential oil journey and to build your knowledge.

For your first order you must order one of the Young Living starter kits which
include:
    • the Basic starter kit $59 (plus $11.55 postage) which contains 1x 5ml Stress
       Away plus samples and the product guide.
    • the Premium starter kit with DewDrop diffuser $258.99 (plus $11.55
       postage) which contains 11 x5ml oils, Thieves Waterless Hand Purifier
       29.56g, the roller fitment, DewDrop diffuser, samples and the product guide.
    • the Premium starter kit with Aria diffuser $419 (plus $11.55
       postage) which contains the same contents as the above kit but includes the
       Aria diffuser instead of the DewDrop diffuser.
    • the Healthy Home Premium Starter kit $289 (plus $11.55 postage) ideal for
       those wishing to replace harmful chemicals in the home with powerful, natural

alternatives. This kit contains Thieves AromaBright Toothpaste, Theives
         Cleansing Bar Soap 100g, Thieves Dental Floss, Thieves Dish Soap 355ml,
         Thieves Foaming Hand Soap 236ml, Theives Fresh Essence, Mouthwash
         236ml, Thieves Household Cleaner 426ml, Thieves Spray 29.5ml, the
         DewDrop diffuser, 6x5ml essential oils (lavender, lemon, peppermint,
         Purifiction, Thieves, Stress Away), samples and product guide.
     •   Refer to the Young Living website for other starter kits.

For subsequent orders you can simply purchase individual oils and pay $11.55
shipping. Under this option you do NOT receive any credit points or free gifts or
discounted shipping. Under this option you can elect at any time to upgrade to the
Essential Rewards program (option 3 below).

     If you are not sure which Starter Kit to buy I recommend the Premium Starter
     Kit with Dewdrop Diffuser.

3.       As a wholesale customer under the Essential Rewards program
         (minimum of 50PV per month = US$50)

If you are serious about living a toxic-free lifestyle and replacing all your personal
care products and household cleaning products with non toxic essential oil based
products, then signing up to the rewards program is the best value of all of the
options because you get rewarded with:
• credit points that can be redeemed to purchase free Young Living products: when
    you order a min of 50PV of products per month for each month for 3 consecutive
    months then you will also accumulate 10% of the PV of your order in credit
    points, and for your 4th to 24th monthly orders you accumulate 20% of the PV in
    credits points and for subsequent orders onwards you accumulate 25% of the PV
    in credit points. These credit points can be used like cash to purchase certain
    Young Living products as a standard order (call Young Living to place such an
    order saying you wish to redeem your credit points). You can’t use credit points
    towards your monthly essential rewards order (hence you do not earn additional
    credit points for products purchased with your points). Credit points expire on a
    rolling 12 month basis so keep an eye on how much you have accumulated close
    to the 12 month mark (or simply ask Young Living when your points expire each
    month when you are on the phone to them).
• periodic free gifts: If you order a min of 100PV (= US$100) each month then in
    addition to the credit points referred to above you will also receive periodic gifts
    (e.g. 5ml bottle of essential oil) at the 3, 6, 9 and 12 month mark and every 12
    months thereafter. In addition there are monthly promotions on top of that i.e. if

you spend a certain minimum PV for that month (and the amount varies from
    month to month depending on the monthly promotion) you get a free gift.
•   discounted shipping fees ($9.90 compared to $11.55).

Under the Essential Rewards program, you need to place monthly orders of a
minimum of 50PV per month or more to avail yourself of the benefits of this
program. If this seems like a lot think of how much you currently spend on personal
care and household cleaning products every month. For me, Young Living essential
oils and products are not an additional household expenditure – but simply a
redirection of resources from conventional (or other) products to pure, organic,
therapeutic, safe products. And they all get delivered to my door!

You must place your second monthly no later than 1 month after your first order and
you will be reminded to do so by Young Living 2 days before your order is due so that
you won’t forget! If for some reason you do not place an essential rewards order
before your cut off date then Young Living will assume that you simply want a
repeat of your last order and will charge your credit card for that. To that end it is

imperative that you place your order before your monthly cut off date as an Essential
Rewards order (best to set a monthly calendar alert to remind you as well!). You can
place an Essential Rewards order at any time of the month but it won’t be processed
until your monthly cut off date and hence it wont be shipped to you until a couple
days AFTER that cut off date. If you need products BEFORE the monthly cut off date
then you can:
    • place an order for those products as a standard order but such orders do NOT
        attract free gifts or credit points or discounted shipping.
    • Move your monthly cut off date for that month so that you can place your
        essential rewards order earlier, and hence earn credit points, free gifts and
        obtain discounted shipping.

If you no longer wish to be on the rewards program you can always call Young
Living on 02 8604 5600 and discontinue the rewards program at any time but still
stay on as a wholesale member under option 2 above and simply make purchases at
any time within a 12 month period.

In each of the above options remember to use Soulla Chamberlain as your sponsor
and enroller with her membership number of 3963066 when making your first
purchase and setting up your account.

How to set up your wholesale membership (options 2 and 3 above) AFTER THE
DATE OF THIS WORKSHOP:

1. log into website: www.youngliving.com/en_AU

2. Click on Become a Member in the top right hand corner

3. On the Choose your Membership page, leave the default ticked to Member (to
   entitle you to 24% off the retail price). For the question Who introduced you to
   Young Living? tick the top circle on the bottom right hand side of the page and
   enter my membership number 3963066 as both “My Sponsor ID” and “Enroller
   ID”, then press Continue:

4.   On the Information page, complete all your details. The Commission
     Processing Information is not required to be completed and can be left blank.
     Press the Agree and Continue box at the very bottom of the page. Then check
     the box just above it saying that “I have read and agree to the terms of the Young
     Living Essential Oils Member Agreement.”

     5. On the Starter Kit page:
        i. to become an Essential Rewards member: click the circle Essential
           Rewards then click on the box below it “Create Your Essential Rewards
           Kit”:

         ii. to become a wholesale customer without becoming an Essential Rewards
             member: click the circle Regular Order.

6. For Essential Reward members only: On the Essential Rewards page, under
       the Fast Add heading type in the product you wish to purchase eg Premium
       Starter Kit with Dewdrop Diffuser. Then click +Add to Monthly Order. The
       Premium Starter Kit is valued at 100PV which immediately qualifies you for
       the first monthly order on the Essential Rewards Program (so for the best
       value, wait to purchase any additional products in your second month order).
       However if you wish to purchase additional products in your first order, go to
       Fast Add and simply type in the name of the product you wish to purchase.
       After each entry click on +Add to Monthly Order. Then click the box Save
       Monthly Order.

    7. On the Shipping & Billing page choose Standard Post (unless you wish to
       collect at Young Living HQ in Baulkham Hills in which case choose the
       “Sydney Product Pickup” option). Complete the billing info on the right hand
       side by adding in your credit card details.
    8. Follow the self-explanatory prompts to review your details and go to
       checkout.

ONCE YOU HAVE BECOME A WHOLESALE CUSTOMER (WHETHER
UNDER OR NOT UNDER THE REWARDS PROGRAM), TO PLACE
FUTURE ORDERS:

You can call Young Living on 02 8604 5600 and quote them your membership
number (emailed to you after you set up your account) and 4 digit pin (2000) and they
will place the order for you. This is the easiest and most fail-safe option until you
are fully conversant with placing online orders.

OR you can place an order online as follows (please follow these steps carefully to
ensure that orders are properly processed especially if you under the rewards
program!):
   1. log into website: www.youngliving.com/en_AU

   2. Click the Sign In tab at the top right hand side of the website and enter your
      membership number (previously emailed to you after you set up your account)
      and password (Health101).

   3. To make an ESSENTIAL REWARDS MONTHLY ORDER: click on the
      Essential Rewards link on the left hand side. DO NOT CLICK ON
      STANDARD ORDER!!!! Press the Change Order blue box near the centre
      of the screen and scroll to the bottom of the screen to view the Monthly Order
      Summary (which was your last months order). To change this order, simply
      trash the items you do not want to purchase. To select new items for
      purchase, either click on one of the categories listed above OR enter in the
      product name in the box on the top left hand side. Review the PV subtotal at
      the bottom of the screen. For Essential Rewards orders: Keep in mind your PV
      subtotal must be a minimum of 50PV per month to qualify for 20% credit
      points, and must be a minimum of 100PV per month to also quality for
      periodic promotional gifts. If it is less than 50/100PV then you will need to
      select more items for purchase. Click Save Monthly Order. Follow the self-
      explanatory prompts.

   4. To make a STANDARD ORDER (either because you’re not on the rewards
      program or because if you are on the rewards program you want to make an
      order in addition to your monthly order to redeem points or to receive
      products earlier): click STANDARD ORDER on the left hand side. Note:
      standard orders do NOT attract credit points or free gifts. Proceed to check
      out – shipping. Follow the self-explanatory prompts.

If you have signed up under the Essential Rewards (“ER”) monthly
program, you will be rewarded with:
•    discounted shipping,
•    redeemable credit points; and

Under ER monthly program you will need to spend:

Hot tips:

1.    Try to spread your orders out so that you are ordering at least
      50/100PV per month. If you are a wholesale customer not on the
      Essential Rewards program and find yourself ordering 50/100PV per
      month or placing substantial/bulky orders every few months, I
      encourage you to consider enrolling in the Essential Rewards program
      and spreading your orders out every month to reap the benefits of
      discounted shipping, credit points and free periodic gifts.

2.    If your order is just under 50/100PV by a few points, consider
      purchasing the lip balm (4.25PV) or orange essential oils (10.75PV) to
      get you across the line.

3.    In addition to the periodic free gifts, there are also monthly
      promotions that mean that if you spend a certain amount in any given
      month you get the free gifts (promotions) for that month. Watch out for
      these via the Young Living monthly email newsletter. This is another
      reason why I like to place my monthly orders over the phone as the
      customer service staff will remind me of the monthly promotions and
      that if I increase my order by a certain amount I will qualify for the
      monthly promotion.

4.   A good way of reminding yourself to change and update your monthly
     ER order is to put a recurring calendar entry into your mobile
     phone a couple days before your monthly ER order due date and to
     keep a running list of products you want to purchase as you
     progress through the month. Otherwise, you will receive your
     previous months order!
