Be swept off your feet with a spectacular backdrop of stunning ocean views on your wedding
day. Bathed in natural light through floor to ceiling glass windows, Seasalt Conservatory lies on
level one of Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacifc. The room offers a neutral pallet with white walls and
charcoal ironwork, a grand wrought iron chandelier and large windows overlooking the highlight
of the venue, Terrigal beach.
This event space adjoins the Lord Ashley Lounge where you may choose to hold your
ceremony.
Grand Ballroom
Banquet style: 350 guests
Cocktail style: 450 guests
The largest event space at the hotel, the Grand Ballroom is what fairy-tale weddings are made
of. From the moment you walk through the doors to greet your guests until the farewells at the
end of the night, you will always remember your wedding in the Grand Ballroom. Leading on
to the Hawkesbury Lobby with its own entrance to the hotel, this event space offers complete
privacy and added wow-factor.
This versatile space can be split to make two smaller ballrooms – the Pacific Ballroom and the
Henry Kendall Ballroom to cater for smaller and more intimate weddings.
For weddings held after our July 2019 refurbishment, the Grand Ballroom will transform to an
elegant venue featuring a neutral white and grey pallet, allowing your event decorations and
theming to be the hero of the space.

carpeting, neutral tones and four large arch windows with views across Terrigal beach and The
Skillion, this versatile space can be easily transformed to suit your wedding vision.
Haven Terrace
With stunning Terrigal beach as your backdrop, you’ll be even more thrilled to say, ‘I do’ in
this magnificent outdoor ceremony venue. Ideal for an intimate ceremony with close family
and friends, or a grand celebration with up to 250 guests, this versatile venue will provide the
perfect start to your married life together.

Not long to go now and it’s time to kick off the celebrations with a hens or
bucks party with all your favourites! From a high tea in the Lord Ashley Lounge
or beers and burgers in Florida Beach Bar, Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific has
all your pre-wedding party needs covered. Centrally located in the heart of
Terrigal, you might even choose to continue the party well into the night at one
of the hottest party venues on the Coast.
THE DAY BEFORE
We understand sometimes your wedding day can be a bit overwhelming. One
simple way to make your day easier is to spend the night before your wedding
at the hotel. Arriving to the hotel the day before the wedding eliminates the
stress of getting ready offsite and we will ensure a comfortable night’s sleep
sleep to have you well-rested for the MAIN EVENT. You can also settle those
pre-wedding nerves with a pampering spa session in Endota Day Spa. We are
also pleased to provide special guest room rates for your family and friends
attending the reception. Please contact your dedicated Weddings Specialist
about our special rates.
A FEW HOURS BEFORE
Time to fuel up! Take your wedding morning breakfast in the comfort of your
room or join us in Seasalt Restaurant for a delicious buffet feast. You can even
add in a light lunch of finger sandwiches and a sliced fruit platter with sparkling
wine for the bridal suite while getting ready for the big day.
THE DAY AFTER
Following a delicious post-wedding breakfast or brunch in Seasalt Restaurant;
unwind and relax by the pool while you take in sweeping ocean views.

CONFIRMING YOUR WEDDING
Your Wedding Specialist would love to assist you further with discussing your options and putting forward a
personalised quote based on your requirements and decisions
Should you wish to proceed, your booking will be held tentatively and a contract will be provided to you. The space
is held for a period of 7 working days and is not confirmed until a signed contract and deposit is received.
A first deposit equal to 20% of the estimated event total is required upon confirmation of the event. A deposit
schedule will be put together for payments leading up to the event. Final balance of the payment should be made 14
days prior to the event. Cancellations will apply accordingly.
SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
Our team of qualified chefs take great care in the preparation of menu items, however some food products may
contain allergens that individual guests may be allergic to. Your Crowne Weddings Planner will be available prior to
your event to discuss any of these special dietary or religious requirements with you.
MENU SELECTION
The final food and beverage selection must be given to the hotel no later than 14 days prior to the event. Changes
thereafter cannot be guaranteed.
EVENT AND SERVICE SURCHARGES
Minimum catering numbers do apply. Please enquire for further details. All prices are correct at the time/ date
of publication, however management reserves the right to change prices without prior notice due to market
conditions. All food and beverages consumed in meeting rooms, restaurants, bars, public and private function areas
must only be that of which the hotel has provided. No outside catering or beverages can be brought into the hotel
without prior approval from the General Manager. Events held on Public Holidays may incur a 10% surcharge. A
merchant service fee of 3% applies for American Express, Diners Club and JCB credit cards. A 1.5% fee applies for all
other credit cards. You are welcome to change your preferred method of payment to cash, direct deposit or EFTPOS
as these methods do not incur a fee.
RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL
We are committed to patron care and adhere completely with the Liquor Act in regards to Responsible Service of
Alcohol. It is an offence to supply liquor, allow liquor to be supplied to or consumed by a person who is under the
age of 18, or is showing signs of intoxication. We thank you in advance for your support through your event.
SECURITY
For your safety, we reserve the right to control elements of events held within the hotel. This includes managing the
noise volume for the consideration of others.
