If I could write as fast as Dwayne can talk, there'd be no spaces between the words. The five Tonys, (Dwayne, his brother Raphael, their cousin Timothy Christian plus Elijah Aker, Antron Haile and Carl Wheeler) are just off what they call a "potluck tour." They've been traveling around the states, changing tour partners, so to speak. Joining them in different cities were EnVogue, Father MC, Hi -Five and Salt-n -Pepa. As we spoke, the group was in Los Angeles taping a seg- ment of Rick Dees' Into The Night. How to describe the Tony sound? We've heard it's been described by Mercury Records Co- President Ed Eckstine as "greezy "; it's well -known that one of the Tonys favorite places to eat is "1/4 lb.
