The 6th annual Miles For Men & Walk For Women 5k Fun Run is this
year being held at Seaton Carew Clock Tower, running along the
picturesque seafront. You can run flat out, jog, walk, skip, hop, skate,
hold hands, wear fancy dress, walk your dog or push a buggy, it
doesn't matter, just please join us and support an amazing cause. The
day also features live music, food stalls, entertainment and a fun fair, all
designed to make it an amazing family fun day out.

The Glass Ceiling - Periplum
