Thank you... The Barnet Planned Care team provides community nursing and rehabilitation care to residents in Barnet. The team is integrated with various clinical professionals including nurses, therapists, healthcare assistants, case managers, technical instructors, phlebotomists, and administration staff. We work closely with our colleagues across the integrated care system to deliver care close to home. At the beginning of the pandemic, we were happy to take the torch forward for our community and ensure our patients were safe and received the essential care that so many of them rely on. We found it challenging as the situation evolved, but we took it one hour at a time, supporting each other throughout. We provided this care with pride and professionalism and will always remember the experiences from the Covid-19 pandemic. We are grateful for the close nit family we have within our service and the care and love we have for each other. We could not have gotten through this without it. A big THANK YOU to all community nurses across north London from the team at Barnet Planned Care
