Cost: $300 per event
As a vendor you may use this opportunity to showcase and sell your merchandise/products directly to attendees.
• Vendor participation at this event is dependent on committee approval. The Houston West Chamber of
Commerce will communicate with vendor on approval status.
• Women Driving Business and the Houston West Chamber of Commerce reserve the right for final approval of all
promotional materials and signage.
• Detailed load-in/out and event information will go out closer to the event
• Exhibitor badges will be distributed the day of the event at check-in
