Saturday, February 20, 2021: Travel to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida Depart Central Illinois for Chicago O’Hare Airport and then board our flight to Ft. Lauderdale. We arrive in Ft. Lauderdale and are transferred by Princess Cruises to our hotel the Embassy Suites Hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure. Situated within walking distance of the hotel are dining and shopping options. Discover Florida’s largest shopping outlet, Sawgrass Mills Mall, the Galleria Mall, or Las Olas Boulevard’s historic shopping and cultural arts districts. Shop for the latest fashions, dine at delicious restaurants, or marvel at stunning artworks at Fort Lauderdale’s Museum of Art. Unwind on Fort Lauderdale Beach, just 2 miles from the hotel. Sunday, February 21, 2021: Embarkation Crown Princess After breakfast we will check out of the hotel and we will transfer to the Crown Princess to check into our cabins which will be our home for the next two weeks. This will be relaxing and restorative trip where you can be as active as you like. While we are on board the choices are up to you. In all the ports we visit throughout the Caribbean you will find optional excursions that cater to a variety of interests and adventure levels. If you prefer you can opt to stay on board the ship to enjoy the amenities of the Crown Princess or lay on deck soaking up the sunshine and tropical atmosphere.
Monday & Tuesday, February 22 & 23, 2021: At Sea On days at sea explore the ship. Each day you will receive in your cabin the Princess Newsletter that details the schedule for the days events and specials plus detailed upcoming port information for your convenience. Wednesday February 24, 2021: St. Thomas Though small in size, St. Thomas is home to natural beauty and exciting attractions. Water sports and golf courses give way to historic sites, world-class shopping and delicious dining across the island. Thursday, February 25, 2021: St. Kitts Delve into the shadows of age-old corridors that have withstood the test of time at Brimstone Hill Fortress Na- tional Park — a UNESCO World Heritage Site centered around an 18th-century British fortress. Friday, February 26, 2021: Martinique Lying between Dominica and St. Lucia, Martinique boasts rich volcanic soil, which nourishes produce planta- tions dotted throughout the land, including pineapple, mango, papaya, citrus and cherries. The island cultures feature a unique blend of French, Caribbean, African and Middle Eastern influences, resulting in the spicy combination called Créole. Saturday, February 27, 2021: St. Vincent & The Grenadines See thatched-roof cottages rise over turquoise waters; the sweet scent of tropical flowers and rum punch fills the air; bronzed sun-worshippers sprawl along isolated white sands, hemmed by shimmering waves, coral reefs and sleek yachts. Sunday, February 28, 2021: Barbados The island nation of Barbados offers an intriguing blend of English and African culture set against a backdrop of swaying palms, gorgeous beaches and the azure sea. Monday, March 1, 2021: Trinidad & Tobago Trinidad's main draw is its lush flora and fauna, particularly its scarlet ibises — the blood orange flamingos that call the island's jungles home. Tobago's shores are renowned for their variety and beauty. Its pristine beaches line almost every side of the island and they range from crowded to desolate and festive to romantic. Tuesday, March 2, 2021: At Sea Another amazing day enjoying the Crown Princess & Caribbean Sea! Wednesday, March 3, 2021: Bonaire Located off the coast of Venezuela, Bonaire is known as a world-class diving and snorkeling destination. While you’re here, enjoy the pristine coral reefs, or take a driving tour around the scenic countryside. Thursday, March 4, 2021: Aruba Dutch influence still lingers on the “One Happy Island,” explore the island’s differing landscapes: its arid inte- rior is dotted with cactus and divi-divi trees, while secluded coves and sandy beaches make up its coast. Friday & Saturday, March 5 & 6, 2021: At Sea Whether you love activity or crave tranquility, there are engaging activities, exciting entertainment, and fresh, delicious cuisine — everything you need to relax, enjoy your sea days on Crown Princess. Sunday March 7, 2021: Disembarkation Crown Princess You will disembark the ship and Princess will provide transfers back to the airport for your flight home. When we arrive in Chicago we will take a private motor coach back to Bloomington.

Package Rates: Interior: $2,999.00 Balcony: $3,999.00 Preferred Balcony: $4,399.00 Mini Suite: $4,899.00 A preferred balcony is located on the Baha & Aloha Decks and there are fewer of those available. The regular balcony is on the Riviera and Lido Decks. Payment Terms & Insurance: A deposit of $100.00 per person is required. Final payment is November 10, 2020. Direct Travel highly recommends travel insurance which provides reimbursement coverage for trip cancellation for covered medical reasons, and other benefits including Trip Delay, Missed Cruise Departure, Accident Medical Expense, Sickness Medical Expense, Baggage & Personal Effects, Baggage Delay, Medical Evacuation, and emergency, toll-free travel assistance.
