IMPORTANT DATES • First Day of School: August 23rd, 2021 • Winter Break: December 18th, 2021 – January 2nd, 2022 • Spring Break: March 19 – 27, 2022 • Last Day of School: June 8, 2022
SHOOL HOURS ARRIVAL 7:45 AM – 8:20 AM SCHOOL HOURS PK, K, & 1ST GRADES: 8:20 AM – 1:50 PM M-F 2ND – 8TH GRADES: 8:35 AM – 3:05 PM M,T,R,F 8:35 AM – 1:50 PM WED.
Uniform Policy The following are acceptable uniforms: • Tops: Royal blue/burgundy polo with school logo (worn inside pants or shorts) • Bottoms: • Lower Academy: Khaki pants, Bermuda shorts, or Skirts • Closed shoes are required • Spirit Shirt may be worn on Fridays only.
• SECURITY PROTOCOLS • Anyone entering the school must present a valid photo ID • Sign in with the Security Monitor at the front • All visitors must wear the pass always given to them by Security while in the building • The main door in the front of the school is the only point of entry/exit • All classroom doors locked at all times • School Resource Officer: Jose Baluja
Arrival & Drop Off Procedures • The front driveway will be used for morning drop-off for all students. • Doors will open at 7:45 a.m. • There will be no supervision before that time • Students arriving before 8:20 AM must report to the following areas: Pre-K, K, & 1st Grades: Cafeteria 2nd Grade: Media Center/Library 3rd, 4th & 5th Grades: P.E. Shelter Breakfast is FREE for all students and is served in the Cafeteria from 7:45 am – 8:15 am.
DISMISSAL PROCEDURES Grades Pre-K: The South circular driveway will be used for afternoon Parent Pick-up. Grades 1-5: Parent Pick-up will be in the main driveway in the front of the Lower Academy. Lower Academy: A sign with your child’s name, grade, and teacher’s name will be sent home on the first day of school. Please place this sign on the dashboard of your car. Staff members read the sign and then call down your child when you drive up.

Medical appointments should be scheduled after school or on non-school days. • No student shall be released within the final thirty (30) minutes of the school day unless authorized by the principal.
