The experience it presents is a hybrid of
adventurous wilderness with convenient
comforts, ideal for urbanites looking to
swap the rigidity and congestion of the
concrete jungles for some breathing
space in a real forest, and to wake up to

Glamping took off as a trend in the mid-
2010s in Europe and the USA and is now
a fairly mainstream travel style in many
parts of the world, including Malaysia.
Several glamping resorts have sprouted
up in Pahang and Selangor while in
Penang, Boulder Valley Glamping is the
first.
It appears to be a late player in the
game, having officially opened just last
November but has actually been six
