Letter From the Chairman and CEO

Dear Team Herbalife,

With our outstanding nutrition products and unrivaled business opportunity,
we know we have something special and long-lasting at Herbalife. The recent
announcement of our 2010 earnings, the opening of our 75th country and
the addition of two new Founder’s Circle members are all indications of our
incredible momentum in the Herbalife Decade.

Let’s start with the numbers: We achieved record retail sales of $4.3 billion
in 2010, record Volume Points of 3.2 billion, record net sales of $2.7 billion,
record sales leader retention of 48.9 percent (up from 43 percent last year
and 27 percent in 2002) and double-digit improvement in Supervisor
ordering activity.

We’ve gone wider and deeper by updating the Company’s infrastructure in
the country of Georgia, which is now our 75th market. An initial line of inner
nutrition products are available, including Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix in
five flavors, Herbal Aloe Concentrate and Herbal Tea Concentrate.

Our growth is creating more opportunities than ever before for our Distributors.
Tae Ho Kim and Hyun Mo Koo from Korea became our sixth Founder’s Circle
Distributorship in December, which means that this prestigious group has
doubled in size in 2010. Just a few weeks later, 2010 HFF Humanitarian
Award recipient Leslie Stanford became our seventh Founder’s Circle
member. We are delighted to welcome these two Distributorships to
our Founder’s Circle.

    Tae Ho and Hyun Mo owned a small farm in the countryside, where they raised cows. Their
    life was adequate until Korea suffered a nationwide dairy-industry crisis, forcing Tae Ho out of
    business. Having rising bills and growing debt, both Tae Ho and Hyun Mo were in desperate need
