The static pitches are occupied as follows: • 71 occupied by privately owned static caravans. • 7 occupied by hire fleet static caravans. • 20 occupied by privately owned residential caravans. • 8 are vacant. The provision of 19 touring caravan pitches includes an area currently being developed for 8 seasonal touring pitches which will afford spectacular sea views for customers. An additional 20 camping pitches (no EHU’s) are located on grassland closest to the coastal boundary. SITE LICENCE The park operates under a Site Licence allowing 17.3 acres (7 hectares) to be used as a caravan site for holiday or residential units. The maximum number of units permitted is 125. The area hatched in green on the site plan (back page) has no restriction on unit type or occupancy. On the area hatched in red, touring caravans and tents are permitted between 1st March and 31st October. The remaining area hatched in blue is permitted for camping only between 1st March and 31st October. LICENCE AGREEMENTS • Of the units currently sited, we understand that 20 are occupied under Mobile Home Act agreements, 14 are occupied on annually renewable holiday licences and 31 have no agreement. • The remaining pitches are occupied under licenses all expiring during the next 20 years.
