Carers Week: ‘Making caring visible and valued’, 7-13 June 2021 The Southern Trust, with our community support provider, Carers Trust, has planned a week of activities for carers to recognise and appreciate their invaluable contribution throughout the year. For all carers, this has been a most challenging year. We are therefore focusing on how we build our resilience, adapt and recover. Throughout the week, we will be encouraging you to Take 5 and build in the five steps to wellbeing. Look out for the five steps throughout the programme and find out more at Take 5 steps to wellbeing | Minding Your Head. Dates don’t suit?
