CATERED FORHOSPITALITY AT PADDOCK CLUB LOCAL FLAVOUR The tastes and flavours are very often symbolic of where the race is: Canadian lobster, Japanese Wagyu or Matsusaka beef, Italian handmade burrata. Ingredients are sourced locally. Everything is fresh. The menu is decided upon a couple of days before the race, based on what fresh products the chefs can find at the local markets upon arrival. Our chefs take inspiration from everything from Michelin-starred restaurants to street food and traditional cooking But it’s not just food and drink. There’s other entertainment too for when there are breaks in the race weekend. For example, traditional dancing in Austria, ice hockey in Canada, Awa-Odori dancing and drums in Japan and tea cup decorating in Baku.
