Our beef comes exclusively from local sources! In keeping with the times, we use locally produced, deli- cious goods. South America, Ireland, etc. undoubtedly have great beef, but why go so far away when we have wonderful meat at our doorstep. Thank you to “Hofgut Schwaige” with their cattle from Upper and Lower Bavaria and a bit of Swabia.
