DAILY SCHEDULE Tuesday-Thursday 7:00-8:30: Arrival 8:30: Clean Up/Counselors Greet Clubhouses 8:45-9:45: Morning Snack & Outdoor Freetime Morning Snack is optional and to be provided by parents 10:00-11:15: Morning Classes Kids choose between Crafts, Games & Sports. 11:15-12:15: Lunchtime 12:15-1:30: Chill Out Time 1:30-2:30: Afternoon Classes Tuesday: Art / Wednesday: Bible / Thursday: STEAM 2:30-3:30: Afternoon Snack & Free Time Afternoon snack is provided by CCS 3:30-4:30: Counselor Choice 4:30-6:00: Indoor Free Time & Departure Additional Notes Parents may drop off as early as 7:00 AM and pick up as late as 6:00 PM. Students are not required to stay from 7:00 AM-6:00 PM. Late fees will be incurred if campers are picked up after 6:00 PM. Parents are encouraged to drop off no later than 9:00 AM so that campers are able to participate in all activities provided. Parents may either pack lunch or order hot lunch through My Green Lunch. Classes will take place in "clubhouses", which are groups that are divided by grade completed. Schedule is subject to change
FIELD TRIPS EVERY MONDAY June 6th: In-house field trip June 13th: Silver Creek SportsPlex June 20th: Movies & Golfland June 27th: Great America July 4th: Camp Closed July 11th: Fremont Aqua Park July 18th: Great America July 25th: Boardwalk August 1st: Raging Waters August 8th: Great America *All field trips are subject to change Additional Notes Parents must notify the school by the previous Monday in order to attend the field trip. This is necessary for transportation and ordering of tickets The field trip permission form must be completed, signed and turned in before your student may go on a field trip Field trip shirts must be worn at all times on each of the field trips (including water attractions) for safety reasons. Students may not attend the field trip without their field trip shirt. On Mondays, lunch will be provided by CCS. Further information on how lunch will be provided will be given in your acceptance packet. Field trip transportation is provided through the local public school transportation department. Travel will be by buses with certified drivers Specific field trip information will be provided once you are enrolled including: dates, locations, proper attire, departure and arrival times. Field trips are subject to change

Campers are encouraged to dress according to the theme as long as it is apporipate. Parties comprise of a game, a craft, and a snack that is made by the campers. The younger campers (K-2) will have their theme day in the morning (10:00-11:30) and the older campers will have their theme day from 1:00-2:30. Details on what to bring to each theme day will be sent out in the weekly Camp email. Parties are subject to change
CCS 2022 ES Summer Camp Plan Options Option 1 - Membership $3,384 for the entire summer This is the best option for families planning on attending most of the summer. Includes field trips and lunch on field trips. Memberships are billed over 3 equal installments starting in June. *includes a Great America Season Pass if enrolled by April 30th. Memberships are non refundable or transferable Option 2 - Weekly $450 per week This is the best option for families planning on attending only certain weeks of the summer. Includes field trips and lunch on field trips Weekly plans must be prepaid. Weeks must be preselected but may be changed. This plan is non refundable. Option 3 - Daily $110 per day This is the best option for families planning on attending only a few days of the summer. Includes field trips and lunch on field trips Daily plans must be prepaid. Days do not need to be preselected. Maximum of 20 days. Days not used may be refunded up to 5 days.
Financial Information Tuition for our Elementary Summer Camp will be billed the following ways: Option 1: Parents may wish to have their child in our program full time. For this option, we have a membership fee of $3,384 for the entire summer, billed over 3 equal installments starting in June. This is the most cost-efficient option for children attending most of the summer. Option 2: Parents may wish to have their child attend only certain weeks of our program. For this option, we have a weekly fee of $450 per week. . Weeks will need to be preselected. The weeks may be changed and must be pre-approve from the Summer Camp Director to assure space is available. The total amount of weeks selected will be billed and need to be prepaid by June 1 st. before attending camp. There are no refunds for weeks not attended. Option 3: Parents may wish to have their child attend a few days of our program. For this option, we have a daily fee of $110 per day. You may chose a maximum of 20 days and the days do not need to be preselected. If attending a field trip day, you must let the Summer Camp Director know at least a weeks in advance in order to attend the field trip. The total amount of days selected will be billed and must be prepaid by June 1st. before attending camp. Refunds for days not used will be issued up to 5 days. Monday Field Trips Lunch will be provided for all field trips at no additional cost. Parents choosing the daily option must notify the Summer Camp Director by the previous Monday in order to attend the field trip. This is necessary for transportation and ordering of tickets. Refund Policy There are no refunds for the Membership or Weekly option. A refund will be issued for the daily option for days not used up to 5 days. Example: if you select 20 days but only come 10 days, a maximum of 5 days will be credited. The credit will be applied by mid-September after the conclusion of the summer camp. Deposit (Membership only) Memberships require a $200 non-refundable deposit to hold a space for your child in our summer camp. This fee is applied to the cost of summer camp tuition. Deposits are not required for weekly and daily plans since they are prepaid. Membership Payments Tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month and considered late after the 10th for the membership option. Weekly and daily options must be paid by June 1st and considered late after June 10th. Late payments will be assigned a late fee of $25 (monthly). Multi-Child Discounts Siblings may qualify for a multi-child discount. Tuition for the second child receives a 10% discount. Tuition for the third child receives a 15% discount. Discounts are applied to the child with the lowest tuition amount. Infants, toddlers, or non-potty trained students are not eligible for the multi-child discount.
