OPEN TO DOGS WITH MASTER TITLES ONLY-PARTICIPANTS MUST HAVE MX AND MXJ, OR MXP AND MJP TITLES Trial will be held under covered tents– 2 Rings Preliminary STD Round Ring Size 80' x 130' on artificial turf Preliminary JWW Round Ring Size 65' x 130' on natural grass Championship Ring Size 80’ x 130’ on artificial turf Please note that you will receive a detailed final confirmation from Fast Times Agility regarding your entry. Any questions related to entries should be directed strictly to trialsec@fasttimesagility.com Questions regarding the event, not related to your entry, should be directed to Westminster’s Director of Companion Events, Paul Campanella at: pcampanella@westminsterkennelclub.org COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS The Westminster Kennel Club (WKC) has engaged Reel Health to provide COVID-19 prevention services for the events on the weekend of June 11 to June 13. Reel Health is committed to making this year’s events as safe as possible. The New York State (NYS) and Westchester County Departments of Health have approved the COVID-19 health & safety plan for these events. 2
For entry to the Lyndhurst Mansion grounds for the WKC Agility and Obedience Championships and the 145th Annual Dog Show, all attendees must: 1. Provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination, OR 2. Have a negative COVID-19 laboratory-based PCR test within 72 hours prior to their first entry time to these events. You MUST either record your proof of COVID-19 vaccination, schedule your COVID- 19 test with Reel Health, or complete a laboratory-based COVID-19 PCR test with Curative, CVS, Rite Aid or Walgreens within 72 hours of your first day at the event and upload the results to the entryform on the Reel Health Entry Form for Vaccination Submission and Scheduling Tests - WKC June 2021. This can be found at www.reelhealth.com/wkc. Tentative Judging Schedule- (Subject to change) PARKING Free on-site parking on grass will be available ENTERING THE LYNDHURST SHOW SITE The Members of The Westminster Kennel Club are pleased to welcome you to our 8th Annual Agility trial. In order to expedite entry to the site, we ask that you please follow the direction of the Tarrytown Village Police, as well as WKC security and site control personnel. Prior to arrival please ensure you have completed your COVID questionnaire and verification by visiting reelhealth.com/wkc Additionally, you must download the Reel Health App prior to arrival. Upon entering the front gate at Lyndhurst, please stay to the left and show your admission ticket(s) and Reel Health App to Site Control or WKC security. You will receive your complimentary Westminster face mask from WKC Staff You will then continue on to the Reel Health COVID check in, where you will have your temperature checked and present your Reel Health App and identification to verify you have been cleared to enter the show site. Reel Health will collect your admission ticket and provide you with a wristband which you will put on your left wrist. You will then be directed by Site Control to the next available parking space. As your safety is a top priority, we ask that you please wear a mask at all times when on site and social distance when practical. 4
Exhibitors will be provided with two admission ticket per entered dog. One for yourself and one for an assistant. You will receive these tickets by mail with your mirror hang tag for entry. Please ensure that your address is correct on your preliminary confirmation. Immediately contact Fast Times with any corrections. Due to COVID capacity restrictions, additional admission tickets will not be available. You may be admitted to view the finals if COVID capacity restrictions allow at the time of the event. CRATING We recommend that you work out of your vehicle in the parking area. If you choose not to, upon arrival, you will be directed to the designated crating areas. If you had requested restricted crating on your entry form and been selected based on availability; you will be directed to that area. Soft crates are permitted, but not recommended. Private ex-pens are not permitted in these areas DOG TENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED. Unentered dogs are also not permitted in these areas. ATTIRE The final round of this event will be a nationally televised on the FOX Network. As such, Westminster encourages all exhibitors to dress in clean and presentable attire, and no bare feet in order to present an appropriate image of our sport. The Westminster Kennel Club will be providing shirts for all finalists to wear during the Championship Round. black T-Shirts will be provided by Pro Plan for all exhibitors to wear during the preliminary rounds. These shirts can be obtained at the Purina/Pro Plan booth upon check-in when entering in the morning EXERCISING YOUR DOG There will be ex-pens provided throughout the site. When utilizing these areas and any areas on the site, we ask that you please clean up after your dog. EXPENSES FOR TOP DOG The Masters Agility Champion will be asked to stay for a presentation at The 145th Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show on Saturday night at Lyndhurst, as well as associated media events. We are also planning a small Agility demonstration on the floor of the main ring. Travel considerations will be provided to cover related expenses. LOSS OR DAMAGE 1. The management will not be responsible for the loss or damage to any dog or property of any exhibitor, whether the result of accident or any other cause. It is expressly understood that every dog at the show is in the care and custody and control of its owner or handler during the time the dog is on the show premises. See also the agreement on the reverse of the entry form. 2. The welfare of an exhibitor’s/spectator’s child is the responsibility of the exhibitor/spectator. It is expressly understood that exhibitors/spectators will exercise control and restraint over their children while they are on the show premises. 3. The Westminster Kennel Club and its Superintendent caution all persons entering the show site and show grounds against all hazards which may exist, including, but not limited to: Condition of the site/grounds, parking/loading/ unloading areas, entrances, floors and stairways, floor coverings, walkways, tenting/canopies, electrical appliances, cords and fittings, exercise pens, and the presence of animals. All persons should take into consideration this is a sporting event and dress, act and exercise caution appropriate for the activity involved. All persons entering the show, the grounds, site and show areas for whatever purpose do so entirely at their own risk. By virtue of entering the show, the entrant has indicated their acceptance of the terms listed in this premium list and assumes all risks involved. We strongly recommend that you not leave valuables unattended at your set up. 6
We invite you to join us to view the live streaming of our 145th All-Breed Dog Show and 6th Annual Obedience Trial Saturday and Sunday, June 12, & 13, 2021 Tickets for the daytime sessions at the Lyndhurst Mansion are not on sale at this time. Ticket sales will be based on COVID restrictions at the time of the event. Please check our website for details. Agility Finals will air on Saturday, June 12th at 4PM on the FOX Broadcast Network Saturday - Hound, Toy, Non-Sporting and Herding breeds Sunday – Obedience, Sporting, Working, and Terrier breeds We hope you will view the broadcast of the Groups and BIS Saturday on FS1 and Sunday on the FOX Broadcast Network- 7PM to 11PM Tickets for this portion of the show will not be available Saturday: Hound, Toy, Non-Sporting, and Herding Groups (beginning at 7:30 PM) Sunday: Junior Showmanship Finals, Sporting, Working, Terrier Groups, and BEST IN SHOW (beginning at 7:00 PM) 7
We will be in need of non-entered Agility dogs and handlers from each height class to assist FOX and WKC perform run throughs of the final round course on Thursday, June 10, 2021 at 5PM. It will contain information such as the running order, agility results, course maps, venue maps (when posted), and other great features.
