Details below: Birks Grange Studio Flats, New North Road, Exeter, EX4 4GE Birks Grange Studio Flats offer a modern compact living space on the University’s Streatham Campus, just a 10 minute walk to the centre of campus or Exeter St David’s train station and 20 minutes walk from the city centre. Alternatively buses run regularly from the centre of campus or from New North Road. All studios are located in J Block on the ground floor. We have one accessible studio available in this residence. The minimum let is 2 weeks. The maximum let is 1 month. The last date this accommodation is available is Friday 27th July 2012. The rate is £160.00 per week including Vat @20%.
