Guided tour of the Buonadrata Gallery

Exhibition of works from the sixteenth century to the present day
Guided tours continue at the Buonadrata Gallery, which exhibits over 75 works from the collection of the Cassa di
Risparmio di Rimini Foundation.
The evocative 'Galleria Buonadrata' exhibition itinerary, set up in the headquarters of the Cassa di Risparmio di
Rimini Foundation, allows the public to admire dozens of works from the sixteenth century to the present day,
never before on display, collecting a large part of the precious heritage of works that in its first thirty years of
activity, the Foundation brought together.
The Foundation's collection of paintings will be divided into two locations: the historical one at the L. Tonini City
Museum, with precious works from the fourteenth to the seventeenth century, and the one at Palazzo Buonadrata
with paintings from the sixteenth century to the present day.
Reservations are required to participate in the visits.

Autumn festival of concerts by academic students at the Lettimi Institute
For five Sundays, the autumn season of concerts by the academic students, selected through auditions in recent
months, will be held in the auditorium of the Lettimi Institute.
The first four appointments (6, 13, 20, 27 November) are dedicated to students of Lettimi, while the last (4
December) will see students from the "B. Maderna" Conservatory of Cesena on the stage.
In the concert on November 6, will perform: Veronica Coscia, Francesco Giovinazzo and Giuseppe Masini at the
piano, the violin-piano duo Viola Pasquini and Riccardo Di Muro and the soprano-clarinet-piano trio composed by
Ala Ganciu, Samuele Bellanova and Iguchi Kiyoka. Music by: Cherubini, Massenet, Dubois, Grieg, Liszt, Brahms
and Rachmaninov will be performed.

Rimini City Tours: The Malatesta Temple

A guided tour focused on the authentic jewel of the Italian Renaissance: the Malatesta Temple, to discover its
history and all its secrets.
Commissioned by Sigismondo Pandolfo Malatesta and Leon Battista Alberti's first architectural work, begun in
1447, the Temple remains a great manifesto of Renaissance architecture, even in its incomplete form.
Inside: the Chapel of the Angels (or of Isotta), which contains the sepulchral ark of Sigismondo's wife, Isotta,
Giotto's Crucifix, painted on wood and belonging to the Church of San Francesco, on which the Temple was built
around. And again, the fresco by Piero della Francesca, painted in 1451 and depicting Sigismondo Pandolfo
Malatesta kneeling in front of San Sigismondo, his sepulcher located to the right of the entrance and the Arco
degli Antenati, where Sigismondo wanted the bones of the his ancestors and his descendants.

Amarcort Film Festival

15th edition of the Short Film Festival dedicated to Federico Fellini
A week of appointments in various places in the historic center (Teatro degli Atti, Cinema Fulgor e Tiberio,
Cineteca Rimini, Museo della Città and Cinemino), with the screenings of all the short films finalists in the 9
sections.
On the one hand, the international short film competition, with its 11 sections, divided by genre, length, origin and
this year also by theme; an appointment that is confirmed as one of the most followed by authors from all over the
world, with 200 films selected from 70 countries out of a total of over 1,400. On the other, the actual Festival that
accompanies it with a full calendar of events.
First edition of the "Burdlaz Prize" , reserved for young directors who have been inspired by Federico Fellini's
work for their first work; the first to receive this award is Marco Chiappetta with his film "Santa Lucia".
The bond with the Maestro's is also confirmed with the "A Felliniano in the world" Award, for artists who have
had the opportunity to collaborate with Fellini. This year the award goes to Nicola Piovani.
Alongside the awards, the 2022 edition of Amarcort dedicates special days and appointments to some topics.
Neurodivergence, with the screening of the documentary "Filippo's thousand gates", together with the director
Adamo Antonacci, the producer Alessandro Salaorni and the protagonist Filippo Zoi, a 25-year-old autistic with a
passion for drawing and gates.
On November 25, the international day against violence against women, Amarcort wants to tell the story of the
female figure, but not the weak or victimized woman, rather the courageous, tenacious, enterprising, strong
woman. The title of the day, "No one can limit us" is inspired by a video spot by Rimini-born Giorgia Ubaldi (also
author of the drawing and video theme song of this edition of the Festival), already winner of a competition
organized by the Province of Rimini in 2021. On the agenda, as well as a selection of short films by female

directors from the Beirut Women International Film Festival, a meeting with Aunt Caterina, a taxi driver from
Florence who, after having known the suffering and pain of loss due to illness, makes her taxi available for free to
children and their families , who come from all over Italy and abroad to the Meyer pediatric hospital in Florence.
Another meeting is with Peter Marcias, author of three documentaries dedicated to three strong women (Piera
Degli Esposti, Liliana Cavani, Nilde Iotti) and screening of the film "Nilde Iotti - Il tempo delle donne"
November 26 is also an important date: Charles M. Schulz, the father of Peanuts, was born exactly one hundred
years ago. Amarcort pays tribute to the great artist with the appointment "The Magic of Peanuts", divided into
various moments: from the opening concert to the talk by Federico Fiecconi, cartoon historian and critic who has
repeatedly met and interviewed Schulz. All embellished by video contributions of the meeting between Fellini and
Schulz curated by Vincenzo Mollica, greetings from Jeannie Schulz, widow of the artist and president of the
Charles M. Schulz Museum in Santa Rosa, California; finally, do not miss the magic show with the Rimini
magician Sebastiano Visini, known as Sbard.

Exhibition curated by Sonia Fabbrocino and Ecomuseo - 2nd edition
Ecomuseo Rimini Aps, has promoted the 2nd edition of an Open Call aimed at young artists under 35, from the
Emilia Romagna Region, to produce works of visual art on the theme of social portraits, in urban contexts.
The project, conceived and curated by Sonia Fabbrocino, intends to bring youth artistic culture to the City of
Rimini by connecting Art, Community and Heritage.
Two exhibitions in the Ausa territory, related to each other: one with inauguration on 11 November 2022 at
5:30pm, at the former Cinema Astoria, Viale Euterpe 15 Rimini, open until 30 November 2022. The other, an
urban installation in the Underpass in front of the Arch of Augustus (Parco A. Cervi), with the posting of posters /
poster art, to supplement the portraits of the first edition (11 November).
The exhibition presents 12 figurative works made with different languages: drawing, painting, illustration, digital
painting, drawing and photography techniques. The portraits made become a common good, culturally and
socially recognized.

Sports Dance World Championships

Standard Dances European Championships, Latin American Dances World Championships, Senior Standard
World Championships II, Standard Dances Adult World Championships at the Rimini Fair
Rimini becomes the capital of the world dance sport. From 2 to 4 December, the World Dance Sport
Championships will be held at the IEG exhibition center, assigned by the WORLD DANCESPORT FEDERATION
to the Italian Dance Sport Federation.
During the first weekend of December, will be celebrated the European Standard Dances, the Latin American
Dances World Championships for the Youth 16/18 years category, the Standard Senior II World Championships
and the main event, the Adult Standard Dances World Championship, where the Italian champions Debora Pacini
and Francesco Galuppo compete with the ambition of winning the gold medal.
The three-day competition offers spectators a concentration of great stars of Sport Dance in a splendid
combination of athletic gesture and art and it is precisely on the occasion of an event of this level that dance is
best expressed in its meaning of sport-show. .
The program includes 19 competitions, all of the highest international level with the participation of athletes from
over 50 countries.

Walking and cycling
3rd edition of the walking and roller skating through the streets of Rimini. Departure at 9.30am with a route of 10
or 7 km on dirt tracks and asphalt up to the Tiberius Bridge and back. At the time of registration, participants are
given a Santa Claus hat to wear during the event.
At the same time, the 14th edition of the cycling tour for road and MTB riders, starting at 9.30am. At the time of
registration, a bag is given to the participants, containing the cap designed for the helmet plus the whistle.
The route starts from the Spadarolo Fuori Porta Cafeteria up to Bellaria, passing through Rimini Station, the

Since 1950, the Sagra Musicale Malatestiana has brought to Rimini the most prestigious conductors, soloists and
orchestras of the international music scene, for one of the longest-running cultural events in Italy.
Zubin Mehta, Vladimir Jurowski, Antonio Pappano, Riccardo Muti, Maria João Pires, Lisa Batiashvili are among
the prestigious guests of the billboard of the 73rd Malatesta Music Festival which presents the most prestigious
groups such as the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino Orchestra, l 'Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia, the Berlin
Radio Symphony Orchestra and the London Philharmonia.
Many soloists present in the various sections of the festival that gives space to young talents.

The exhibition with the photographs of the master Saro Di Bartolo, intends to address the theme of the universal
right to care for suffering and pain.
With his 175 works, the artist proposes the most significant steps of his creative path. A series of reportages and
experimental creative projects. Works through which, starting from his Rimini, the photographer recounts his
artistic evolution over the span of five decades.
The exhibition is organized by the ISAL Foundation in support of research on chronic incurable pain.

The mk group directed by him proposes his latest creation, Maqam, from the name of an Arabic word that
indicates a system of melodic organization, but also a place or a frame of mind.
The performance explores the relationship between body movement and music, in a hypnotic and enveloping
action, suspended between tradition and contemporaneity, Middle Eastern and electroacoustic sounds.

in the arenas“, the new exciting tour starting in March 2023.
Rimini is preparing to welcome the showman who is able to keep high, for the entire duration of his concerts, the
charge of energy and his contagious enthusiasm.
The tour follows Morandi's participation on the stages of the Jova Beach Party, which animated the summer of
2022 with iconic performances and unpublished duets.

Rimini Marathon 2023

The Rimini Marathon is back, the great national and international sporting event that involves an entire city,
touching the most characteristic and evocative places and squares.
In addition to the 42 km marathon and the 21 km half marathon, there are: La Ventina 20 km, Family Run 6 km,
Kids Run 1 km.
Also this year the national gathering of wheelchair "pushers" will be re-proposed, or groups that make disabled
people experience the thrill of a marathon, pushing wheelchairs for all 42 kilometers.
The marathon village is set up at the Arco d'Augusto, where, in addition to collecting the race package, there are
exhibitors from the sector.

It is a prose season that does not renounce to dream by offering a program with some of the most established
performers and authors of the show business, with many female talented voices and attention to the
contemporary scene.
Among the protagonists of the Italian scene who will be on the Rimini stage: Valter Malosti, Roberto Latini, Moni
Ovadia, Francesco Pannofino, Mario Perrotta, Massimo Popolizio, Umberto Orsini, Fanny & Alexander, Oscar De
Summa, Enzo Vetrano and Stefano Randisi, Carrozzeria Orfeo, Compagnia Virgilio Sieni and MK. And many
great actresses as, Iaia Forte, Simona Marchini, Anna Foglietta, Paola Minaccioni, Maria Amelia Monti, Marina
Massironi, Anna Bonaiuto, Valentina Cervi, Lella Costa.
Among the most expected titles of the 2022/2023 season: David Bowie's rock opera "Lazarus" with Manuel
Agnelli, the theatrical transposition of "Mine Vaganti" by Ozpetek and the acclaimed work by Alessandro Serra
"The Tempest".
These are the essential elements that guide the 2022/2023 Season: the presence of the great protagonists of the
Italian scene and a mixture of genres and languages, ranging from classical to musical comedy to dance.
Alongside the 20 shows on the bill and dance proposals, there is the novelty of a special program designed for
young people, for schools and for children aged 3 to 8 (among which, the review at the Teatro degli Atti "New
generations", curated by Alcantara and "Sciroppo di teatro", in collaboration with ATER), with a choice of shows
capable of intriguing, involving and interesting the new generations of spectators.
The second novelty concerns is the Teatro no limits project, created in collaboration with the Diego Fabbri Center
in Forlì, which also offers the sighted and partially sighted persons the possibility to enjoy the emotions of a live
show.

'Lazarus' is the title of the surprising rock-work conceived and wanted by David Bowie shortly before his death,
written alongside award-winning Irish playwright Enda Walsh, inspired by Walter Tevis' The Man Who Fell to
Earth.
Lazarus, which premiered Off-Broadway at the New York Theater Workshop on December 7, 2015 (Bowie's last
public appearance), offers a sort of sequel to the story of the unhappy interstellar migrant Newton, forced to stay
on Earth.
