We call for an EU-wide policy framework that enhances the op- portunities of the sector and multiplies the value it brings to the European society.

The Federation of European Publishers has drafted this manifesto in order to outline the areas in which EU policy makers can make a difference by ensuring that the Euro- pean publishing sector remains a beacon of excellence and continues innovating and benefitting all citizens.
