Partnerships for Cooperation • Enabling organisations to gain experience in international cooperation and to reinforce their capacities • Producing high-quality innovative deliverables They can be of different sizes and scope and adapt their activities accordingly They have the flexibility to choose the best combination that contributes to reaching project’s objectives They can carry out a broad range of activities
Typology of partnerships Cooperation Partnerships Small-scale Partnerships • Increasing quality in the work, activities • Attract and widen access for newcomers and practices of organisations involved and small-scale actors • Building capacity of organisations • Support the inclusion of target groups with fewer opportunities • Addressing common needs and priorities • Support active European citizenship and • Enabling transformation and change (at bring the European dimension to the local individual, organisational or sectoral level) level
Activities typically carried out by Partnerships for Cooperation Project management Organisational and administrative tasks, meetings among partners, communication materials, … Implementation activities Networking events, meetings, working sessions, production of deliverables, training activities, … Sharing and promotion activities Conferences, sessions, events, promotion of results, …

Specific Policy priorities in Sport Encouraging the Promoting integrity Promoting Combating violence participation in and values in sport education in and and tackling racism, sport and physical through sport discrimination and activity intolerance in sport
Cooperation partnerships in the field of sport • Any public or private organisation established in a Programme Country • Transnational project involving minimum 3 organisations from 3 different Programme Countries • Focused on one horizontal priority or one specific sport priority • All activities must take place in the countries of the organisations involved (exceptions) • Duration between 12 and 36 months • New funding rules (menu of 3 single lump sum)
Small-scale partnerships in the field of sport • Any public or private organisation established in a Programme Country • Transnational project involving minimum 2 organisations from 2 different Programme Countries (at least one sport club) • Focused on one horizontal priority or one specific sport priority • All activities must take place in the countries of the organisations involved (exceptions) • Duration between 6 and 24 months • New funding rules (menu of 2 single lump sum)
Not-for-profit European Sport events • Any public or private organisation established in a Programme Country • Distinction between European wide-event and European local events (2 typologies) • Focused on one specific sport priority • All activities must take place in the countries of the organisations involved (no exceptions) • Duration between 12 and 18 months • New funding rules (different categories of single lump sum)

New Funding Rules • Fixed lump sum corresponds to the total project grant • Menu of lump sums from which applicants will choose according to the activities they want to undertake and the results they want to achieve • List of work packages to be detailed (project management, dissemination, events, etc.) • Estimated budget per each work package that must satisfy the principles of economy, efficient and effectiveness to the objectives of the actions • Focus on results and outputs and not on the administrative and financial elements
