            User generated content will become more popular in the year 2020.
             User-generated content (UGC) is any content—text, videos, images,
               reviews, etc.—created by people, rather than brands. And brands
                will often share UGC on their own social media accounts,
                website, and other marketing channels. Consumers are 2.4 times
                more likely to view user-generated content as authentic
              compared to content created by brands.

               True 1-1 personalization is a journey according to me and most
                  efforts that a sender takes is to create that true 1-1 personalized
