INVITATION TO EBTA CONGRESS 2021
It is our great pleasure to invite you to join us at the
Biennial EBTA Congress 2021 to be held for the first
time in Switzerland at CHUV (University Hospital
Centre Vaud) in Lausanne from 22nd to 25th
September 2021.
The European Bobath Tutors Association is a
network of Bobath teaching teams, comprising over
200 Bobaths Tutors, from across Europe. EBTA exist
to set, maintain and update standards of Bobath
courses developed by Dr Karel Bobath and Mrs Berta
Bobath across Europe. Additionally, EBTA has a
mandate to encourage and implement therapy
research and encourage EBTA tutors to help in
developing countries.
Bobath/NDT offers an individualized holistic way of
observation, analysis and treatment of people with
Cerebral palsy delivered by expert physio,
occupational and speech therapists in collaboration
with medical doctors. Bobath Concept focuses on
maximising the potential of children and adults with
Cerebral palsy and neurological conditions in their
own family / school / social environment.
We are part of a large network of therapists
together with families, school teachers, caregivers,
psychologists, medical doctors in neurology,
neuroscience, rehabilitation, paediatricians,
orthopaedics and more but also many other
specialists in technology, equipment’s, etc.
EBTA Conferences aim to provide transdisciplinary
scientific education for Bobath/NDT and medical
doctors. However, all professionals working with
children and adults who have Cerebral palsy and
their families approach are welcome to join the
congress.
The program will be complemented with a
professional exhibition, offering companies and
agencies a unique opportunity to take an active part
in these fields.
We are sure that this network involved in Cerebral
Palsy and developmental disorders will benefit from
this Conference.
That is why the scientific Committee is delighted to

SPACE OFFER
While the floor plan outlined in this prospectus is current at the time of printing, the
Organizers reserve the right to alter this plan should it be deemed necessary.
Exhibitors purchases floor space only. Modular stands are under exhibitors cost and
management. 2 sizes are offered:
• from 3ft x 9ft (3m x 1m)
• or up to a maximum of 6 sqm (3m x 2m)
ASSIGNMENT OF SPACE
Requested space is assigned whenever possible but primarily according to your company’s a
first-come-first-served basis and who submit orders by the deadline.
When a preferred space is not available, the Organizers will contact you to discuss alternative
options.
Exhibitors wishing to avoid assignment of space adjacent to that of a particular competitor
should indicate so on their Exhibit Order Form.
Careful consideration will be given to these requests. However, the Organizers cannot
guarantee acceptance. Organizers also reserve the right to relocate booths at any time for the
overall benefit of the meeting.

and will receive a badge displaying the

Two (2) exhibitor badges will be given for the
first 6 sqm booked and one (1) badge for the
3 sqm booked

Terms & Conditions
Exhibition Layout
Exhibitors occupying stands are required to submit a detailed list of material used onsite
with the exhibitor’ request form for the Organizers’ approval.
Amendments to Exhibition Layout
While every effort is made to preserve the published layout of the exhibition, the
Organizers reserve the right to vary the layout if this is in the general interest of the
exhibition.
Manning of Stands
Exhibitors will be required to ensure that their stands are manned during the opening
hours of the exhibition and must not dismantle their stands before the published
closing time.
Noise
Exhibitors may not use audible electronic, mechanical apparatus, or open audio
systems which may be heard outside the exhibitor’s assigned space. The Organizers
reserve the right to require any exhibitor to discontinue any activity that may cause
annoyance or interference with others.
Company Profile & Logo
A complete listing of all exhibitors, including a 100-word entry and company logo
will be included in the Final Program and is distributed to all attendees as long as
the information is received in time for publishing (dates to be included in registration form).
Give-aways and Distribution of Printed Materials
Give-aways and printed material may only be distributed in the space rented by the
exhibitor in the exhibition area, or during the coffee breaks. No such materials may be
distributed in any hotel or venue used by the meeting.

Product identification is permitted on give-
aways provided the company has cleared all
information through their compliance
department. Contests, lotteries and raffles are
subject to approval by the Organizers.
Product Disclaimer
The acceptance of a product or service for
exhibition does not in any manner constitute
an endorsement by the organizers neither the
secretariat team.
Security and Insurance
The Organizers will not be held responsible for
any theft of, loss or damage to
exhibitor’s goods or property and exhibitors are
reminded that they are required to
take out their own insurance to cover this as
well as cancellation and public liability.
Under no circumstances will the organizer and
the secretariat team be held responsible for any
loss or inconvenience suffered by individual
exhibitors/sponsors.
Health and Safety at Work Regulations
It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to ensure
that his contractor, employees, displays
and exhibits complete with the latest applicable
legislation regarding Health and Safety
at Work regulations.
Failure to Occupy Space
Exhibitors not occupying booth space by 07:30
am on wednesday, Sept 22, 2021, will forfeit
their booth space without refund. The space
may be resold or used by the organizer.
VAT or Sales Tax in Swiss
All prices mentioned in this Sales Document are
excluded of any eventual VAT / Sales
tax or other charges. The invoice will indicate
the applicable taxes and charges for each item.

Payment Schedule
All payments must be made in Swiss Francs (CHF.-).
A deposit for 50% of the total cost will be invoiced by the EBTA 2021 secretariat within 30 days of
your company’s confirmation by email of attribution of requested items and/or the completed
order form.
Payment is due within 30 days upon receipt of the invoice to guarantee the reservation.
The final balance is due by july 31, 2021.
For bookings made after july 31, 2021, the full amount is due at the time of reservation.
By Bank Transfer
Bank details will be provided on the invoice. The entire invoiced amount of the exhibition or
sponsorship charge must arrive at our bank. The sponsor/exhibitor will be responsible for all fees
from the originating bank and any intermediate banks applied to the wire transfer before it arrives
at our bank.
