The opportunity features a 5-year NNN lease term with four 5-year options to renew at 10% rental increases. Tenant
does have an early termination option on or anytime after the second anniversary of the commencement date.

west of Milwaukee Avenue. The 82nd & Milwaukee intersection is in the heart of the “Milwaukee Corridor”. The
