Development Management Systems Condition for Landscape Professional Landscape Plan • The Applicant shall deliver the process and deliverables as set out in Landscape Design Rationale Report & Plan Drawings prepared by the Chartered Landscape Architects received on the Xnd/rd/th Month 2020, all installations proposed shall be installed with 3 months of substantial completion of the Development Works. The Consultant Landscape Architect shall be required to submit a progress report to the Recreation & Amenity Department immediately after site clearance and at quarterly intervals. A final report & Management Plan (to form part of the Development’s Safety File) with certification of works shall be issued by the Landscape Architect @ Final Completion (post defects period) to the Recreation & Amenity Department for approval for final compliance of this condition; 20 5/22/2020 Add a footer
