Dear Broil King® Retailer, We are very excited to present our Broil King® Store merchandising program. We know from our experience in many markets, that the very best way to build Broil King® sales is to have a fabulous in-store display; complete with great branding, great visuals and a great assortment backed by knowledgeable staff, inventory, and the ability to assemble and deliver. When those key components are in place, advertising can be productive; whether it is digital, print, radio, or TV. This has been proven time and again by enthusiastic Broil King® Retailers around the world. The following pages will show you multiple configurations ranging from the Majestic 410 square foot display, down to the Essential 57 square foot assortment. Whatever your space availability, we have a Broil King® display that will fit your needs and help deliver dollars to your bottom line. What does it take to earn your share of the Outdoor Cooking business? Here is what we think: 1) A great display with aspirational signage. 2) Great product selection including gas, charcoal and pellet grills, with back up inventory. 3) A broad assortment of relevant accessories. 4) Well trained staff that understand the products, how to use them, and the competition. 5) After sales support; able to handle your customers questions and assist with service. 6) Assembly and delivery at a reasonable cost. 7) Demonstrations show your customers HOW, the aroma will ignite their senses, it is easy to get started! 8) Advertise. • Maintain a shoppable progression of Broil King® models and price points.
• Appoint a key staff person to be the “category captain”.
• Offer assembly, delivery and natural gas installation (either staff member or sub-contractor).
• Dedicate space on or under Onward supplied display fixtures exclusively for Broil King® and OMC brands.
(Onward supplied fixtures remain the property of OMC)
• Supply the required lumber materials (Cedar or Douglas Fir) readily available at building supply stores.
