JUNE 2021 DEVELOPMENT HIGHLIGHTS Synergy Medical Office Building Hilltop 500 East Hampden Avenue 3800 South Broadway Project: A 5-story, mixed-use development with 14,000 Project: Three-story building comprised of 8 apartments above square feet of ground floor retail and 104,000 square feet of a 2,800 square foot commercial space medical office. • Construction continues. • Certificate of Occupancy was issued on May 18, 2021. • La Chula Restaurant has leased commercial units 1-3 and have plans to open later in 2021.
